Responsibilities:

Must be able to prepare budgets/cost estimates for projects and drainage and structural drawing for infrastructural works. Must have sound knowledge in soil dynamics and testing requirements (eg. Attemberg limit test, grading analysis, compaction test and ground settlement test and observation.

Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, 5 years experience in related construction, strong
planning and organizational abilities, good leadership, good interpersonal and
negotiation skills, familiar using autocad, and other Civil Engineer and Structural Programs.

V.Ferry Terminal Manager (FTM) - (Riau)

Responsibilities:
Responsible to ensure the ferry terminal operation inline with International Ship Port Security Code with regards to Safety, Security of vessels and Passengers, lead all teams to perform excellence service to customer and obtain revenue as per target.

Requirements:
Graduate from Sea Transport Academy or equivalent, knowledge in port operation, fluent in English and excellent Report Writing, minimum 5 years experience in port operation and documentation. Has strong leadership, integrity, and customer focus oriented.

Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) is a United Nation agency which provides technical assistance in Indonesia. One of our projects since 2006 provides support for the control of Avian Influenza, in cooperation with national and regional Indonesian government livestock authorities. Project activities are conducted in various locations nationwide.
Under the overall supervision of the FAO Representative, the Project Chief Technical Advisor, and the M&E Specialist and under the direct supervision of the Data Encoder Coordinator, DCC Data Encoder will provide assistance and support to Data Encoder Coordinator in monitoring the rapid and continuous data flow from LDCCs to DCC.
Duties and Responsibilities

II. Functions / Key Results Expected


Summary of key functions:

* Perform a weekly download of LDCC PDSR databases, make necessary file name corrections, and append these database files to the national PDSR database, using the provided software utility programs.
* Perform a weekly backup of the PDSR database onto removable media, and store this backup off-site.
* Print and distribute hard or soft copies automated regular reports from the database.
* Provide assistance to the CMU in their expanded data management role and in their operation of the PDSR database program.
* Provide a soft copy of the national database back end to the Epidemiological Team on a weekly basis.
* Provide a weekly monitoring data report from the weekly database reports sent from LDCCs
* In coordination with the Database Programmer, monitor data quality and undertake data validation/integrity checks as required, and report these to the Data Encoder Coordinator
* Provide inputs, suggestions, and comments on the data submitted from the LDCCs to improve performance and decrease errors in reporting.
* Monitor the number of PDSR form backlogs in the LDCCs to ensure that the number of PDSR forms backlogs in the LDCC is under control.
* Manage and file all PDSR forms backlogs sent to DCC/project office and to distribute it to the casual data encoders hired for clearing form backlogs.
* Update the PDSR database desa master list and personnel list on a monthly basis.
* Provide potential backups and technical support on data collection for LDCC if required
* Participate in any Yahoo Messenger Conferences held with all Data Encoders and the Data Encoder Coordinator
* Perform other related duties as required.

The key results have an impact on the success of FAO/ GOI Avian Influenza Control Programme implementation in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:
- Design / develop new product from marketing/ customer input or even to meet the project requirement from architect or lighting consultan.
- Oversee process production to minimize the step/ flow of process from changing design or modifying.
- Improve existing product to generalize of component usage.
- Producing product prototype.
- Formulating and establishing product design and performance objectives normally in consultation with other Function.
- Resolving production problems in terms of areas.
- Conducting tests protocols and procedures and product evaluation.
- Writing technical reports and cost estimates, documenting development work and implementing profit improvement programmes.
- Overseeing the integration of new products with other commercial areas including brand development, sales strategy, quality assurance, legal, marketing and manufacturing.
- Scaling up the production process via plant trials, making changes to raw materials or component and process parameters to ensure quality is maintain during large scale production.
- Validating new process and proving that they are in improvement.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial Designer).
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Industrial Designer.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Able to operate Graphic Software such as Photoshop & Freehand, AutoCAD 2008, Solid works 2007.
- Knowledge in Lighting Technology would be better.
- Able to cooperate in team & work under pressure.
