I.Accounting Supervisor - (Jakarta Raya - Mutiara Taman Palem, Cengkareng)
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, SAP.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position as Accounting Staff, preferable having experiences in KAP (Kantor Akuntan Publik).
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
* Able to work independently and having good teamwork

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Tele Online Marketing, melayani / menjawab pertanyaan / melakukan aktifitas kontak kepada customer melalui telepon dan internet.
- Mencari data customer baru melalui yellowpages, surat kabar maupun internet.
- Membuat surat perkenalan, penawaran dan mengirimkan artikel ke customer
- Follow-up dan melakukan closing order dengan customer
- Sewaktu-waktu mengunjungi customer bersama team sales atau technical support untuk customer potensial
- Menghubungi dan mengatur kunjungan sales team ke customer.
Requirements:
* Wanita, berbadan sehat dengan usia Min 21 tahun, Max 30 thn

Responsibilities:
- Developing new business, products, new areas and research for customer needs.
- Regular visit potential customers in the territorial area
- Responsible for sales activities, promotion, distribution & collection
- Present and promote company & product
- Ensure prompt collection of outstanding payments from customers
- Provide forecast and budget achievement, manage expenses, & monthly report
Requirements:
* Male/Female, Maximum age 35 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.

Responsibilities:
- Recruiting & evaluate the performance of the staff
- Manage, prepare sales & marketing training programs, follow-up and responsible for the ability and improvement of the sales team
- Ensure the correct implementation of the training activities, and the achievement of targeted point in planning, directing, actuating, coordinating and controlling all sales activities by Sales team.
- Responsible for sales & marketing training, meeting, gathering relationship activities
- Developing new training technique & motivation
- In charge and handle regular training for staff, sales & marketing division
- Prepare & summit presentation for customers
- Traveling and visit branches, sales team and customers, especially main customers regularly for the purpose of ensuring the improvement of the sales & marketing training & developing.
Requirements:
* Age between 25 – 40 years old
* Able to recruit potential worker, interview, training as well as maintain regular meeting & brain storming.
* Familiar or experience in the field of sales and distribution for the product related to industrial, marine, oil drilling, transportation, heavy equipment supplies min. 3 years
* Fluent in presentation in English is a must

Responsibilities:
- Manage, prepare marketing programs, budgeting, follow-up and responsible for the implementation and result/progress.
- Ensure the correct implementation of advertising & promotion activities, and the achievement of targeted market hare & sales volume objectives by planning, directing, coordinating and controlling all sales and promotion activities.
- Managing operational & cost control
- Responsible for sales & marketing activities and achievement for all sales team.
- Maintain relationship with customers (Owner, Buyer, End user & project)
- Responsible for stocks and forecasting for purchase.
