Responsibilities:

* Reporting and monitoring of implementation of STOP, SOC, Health and Hygiene Inspection, incident investigation and resolution, Task Risk Assessment (TRA) etc
* Must possess the quality of character to notify to the Field Manager of problem that are known to exist and may be re occurring, and even to stop the work if necessary in order take corrective action
* The assessor should ascertain what duties have to be carried duty from the working platform.
* He should assure himself that scaffold is properly constructed, that is the right type for the planned duty, that it is the correct height, width and length and that the working platforms are correctly positioned.
* Working platforms comply with the various statutory regulation relevant cod, standard & specification and any local authority requirement
* Foundations are adequate, that they are not likely to be disturbed and that they are, and the lower portions of the scaffold are not liable to damage by interference, accident, traffic or any other cause.
* Scaffold is sufficiently & strongly designed and well enough constructed to carry the loads and that it is correctly tied, anchored and braced to have and maintain stability under load and environmental influences.
* Scaffold is not constructed in a way which can cause damage or injury to persons near the base of protruding tubes, low read room, etc.

Requirements:

* At least a Diploma of Science Degree in an Engineering
* At least 5 years of Oil & Gas facility experiences in a HSE Safety Officer role
* Minimum 5 years experiences in scaffolding construction activities in Oil & Gas industry
* Must have knowledge of applicable industrial HSE practices and regulations, and the ability to learn, implement and apply the companyĆ¢€™s HSE standards and Practices
* Must have received formal training in construction safety management and must possess a valid certificate from recognized authority attesting to his safety training and qualifications.
* Must have good planning and organizational abilities
* High analytical skill
* Able to work independently as well as a team
* Able to speak & write in English
* Computer literate
* Candidate shall pass thru advance scaffolding training.
* Candidate shall have certificate of basic rigging training.

C. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS UNTUK SEMUA JABATAN :

3. Enerjetik, penuh kegigihan, dan mampu bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim.

6. Menyukai pekerjaan yang beragam dan detail terutama untuk kelompok pekerjaan Fungsional

8. Persyaratan kompetensi teknis dan pengalaman dapat dilihat dalam persyaratan di masing-masing posisi.
D. KETENTUAN LAIN :
1. Lamaran hanya dapat dikirimkan melalui aplikasi *on-line *(klik link registrasi *on-line * di bagian bawah spesifikasi jabatan). Tidak ada jalur lain yang digunakan untuk pengiriman lamaran.
2. Pelamar wajib memiliki alamat e-mail pribadi yang masih aktif untuk dapat mengikuti proses seleksi ini. Kami tidak melayani alamat e-mail yang salah input oleh pelamar. Pelamar dilarang menggunakan alamat e-mail kantor atau orang lain untuk proses pendaftaran ini.
3. Setelah mengisi formulir aplikasi dan mengirimkannya kembali secara on-line, pelamar akan mendapat konfirmasi registrasi. Konfirmasi tersebut berisi nomor registrasi yang akan digunakan selama proses seleksi. Anda tidak dapat menerima e-mail registrasi apabila alamat e-mail yang anda input salah dan atau sudah tidak aktif, sehingga anda tidak bisa log-in untuk pengumuman selanjutnya.
4. Pelamar hanya diperkenankan melakukan satu kali registrasi on-line dan *hanya untuk satu posisi saja *.Untuk itu pastikan Anda telah memilih Posisi Jabatan yang sesuai, serta menuliskan semua data dengan benar, sebelum menekan tombol KIRIM
5. Pelamar wajib mengisi aplikasi dengan data/informasi yang sebenar-benarnya karena data ini akan diklarifikasi dengan benar saat
pelaksanaan verifikasi dokumen/informasi.
6. Masa waktu registrasi on-line adalah 7 Februari 2009 s/d 17 Februari 2009
7. Aplikasi yang masuk setelah batas akhir registrasi dan atau tidak melamar secara on-line, dianggap tidak berlaku.
8. Keputusan hasil seleksi bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
9. Pada setiap tahapan seleksi, hanya kandidat terbaik yang akan mengikuti tahap seleksi berikutnya.
10. Kandidat yang dinyatakan lulus melalui pengumuman di website KPK dan website PPM yang akan dihubungi oleh Konsultan Independen untuk masuk ke tahap seleksi berikutnya.
11. Pelamar tidak diperkenankan untuk menghubungi pejabat/pegawai KPK dalam kaitannya dengan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi ini dan/atau datang ke KPK. Pelamar hanya diperkenankan datang ke KPK pada saat wawancara akhir oleh pihak KPK. Pelamar yang menghubungi/ mendatangi KPK selain pada waktu tes dinyatakan gugur.
12. Proses rekrutmen dan seleksi ini tidak dikenakan biaya apapun.
13. Pengumuman hasil seleksi administrasi dan pelamar yang berhak mengikuti seleksi selanjutnya dapat dilihat di website
www.ppm-asesmen.com mulai tanggal 28 Februari 2009 pukul 18.00 WIB.

F. PENTING UNTUK DIPERSIAPKAN :
Bagi Anda yang kemudian dinyatakan lolos seleksi administrasi, akan diminta hadir pada Tes Tahap I di lokasi dan waktu yang akan ditetapkan dengan membawa dokumen dan kelengkapan sebagai berikut:

6. Kartu Peserta Seleksi yang harus didownload dari website www.ppm-asesmen.com setelah Anda *log in. * Mohon dilengkapi dan diserahkan dalam bentuk *print out *
7. Pas Foto Berwarna ukuran 4 x 6 sebanyak 2 lembar
8. Surat Referensi Pekerjaan atau surat lain seperti SK pengangkatan/ Surat Tugas yang menguatkan pengalaman kerja yang telah diisikan pada formulir Aplikasi On-line saat melamar.
Seluruh berkas dimasukkan ke dalam map folio, yang sudah dituliskan nama dan nomor registrasi Anda dengan ketentuan :
1. Map merah untuk kelompok pekerjaan struktural
2. Map hijau untuk kelompok pekerjaan fungsional
3. Map biru untuk kelompok pekerjaan administrasi
