I.Assessment Analyst

Responsibilities:

* Your name card will say ‘Consultant’. Your major role will be in supporting clients and supporting Senior Consultants in setting up and using the Cubiks Assessment Tools described above therefore

Requirements:

* You must minimum S1 graduate at minimum 2.75 GPA and we prefer if you have Psychology background in your CV.
* You are motivated by planning and completing projects; by maintaining high standards of accuracy, integrity and quality; by providing and honest and excellent service.
* You have 1-4 years experience working with Assessment Teams in a consultancy or within a Human Resources Department; you are familiar with and experienced in helping to set-up and administer Assessment Centres and integration / reporting sessions. You know what ‘online assessment’ means, and can train clients to set up and administer our online assessment systems, or do the set up and administration yourself – quickly and accurately. You understand the principles underlying the use of behavioral competencies in assessment, and in the use of Personality and Team profiles selection and development.
* You communicate easily and without effort in English and Bahasa Indonesia, seeing yourself as part of the OPUS team, Cubiks team, and the Client team at the same time. You are motivated by sharing knowledge and understanding, supporting the team, and helping to empower the client organisation.

II.Communication Consultant

Requirements:

* OPUS Management is seeking a senior consultant in employee communications.
* You will have over 7 years experience in modern MNCs or rapidly transformed large local companies.
* You will understand the strategic importance of aligning employee communications with the messages of change, and of building employee brand.
* You will have fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, and be comfortable in exploring focused use of technology to deliver and receive messages with employees, but you will not be techno-dominated.
* You combine practical can-do attitudes, achievement drive and conceptual thinking that will enable you to multi-tasking content development, activity management, results delivery and building and sustaining mutually respectful relationships.
* You will be interested in devoting 9-12 months to key involvement in one of the most challenging employee communications and change scenarios in Indonesia today.

III.Senior Consultant and Marketer OPUS Management

Responsibilities:

The Leuser International Foundation (LIF) is currently implementing the Aceh Forest and Environment Project (AFEP), funded by the Multi Donor Fund, to help integrate environment and forest protection into the recovery and future development of Aceh. To help implement this project, there is an opening for a GIS Officer based in Banda Aceh.

Specific duties and responsibilities include :

Work in close cooperation with the Ecosystem Manager and other project staff, and cooperate with all GIS related consultancies.
Develop and manage map libraries and data dictionaries and ensure the quality of the data obtained; coordinate with other projects and agencies for data gathering and information sharing.
Manage the operation and maintenance of software. Operate the software to create and produce GIS products requested.
Prepare annual work plans, quarterly and monthly implementation plans and procurement plans for updating the existing GIS database and carrying on the work; report regularly to the Ecosystem Manager; document all GIS division activities and prepare periodic reports to donors and other agencies.
Conduct training for government agencies, NGOs and LIF staff as stated in the annual work plans.
Respond to all map requests from other divisions in a timely manner; conduct ground truthing as required, and involve project field staff in this activity.
Conduct special GIS studies, especially on deforestation rate through time series in critical parts of the project area.
Attend meetings, workshops etc. representing LIF, prepare presentation materials regarding the project.
Support spatial planning exercises and help BAPPEDA and BAPEDALDA to incorporate environmental concerns into spatial planning


Required Qualifications and Competencies:

Familiar with ARCGIS v 9.3 and ENVI v 4.4
Basic knowledge in mapping such as coordinates, projections and mapping procedure
Familiar with GIS data sources
Able to design the data base, inluding graphic data and non-graphic data
Able to produce draft summary reports in English (assistance with editing will be provided)

He/she will provide WSP Regional staff with additional sanitation program development and administration capacity to actively engage with, oversee and administer the ISSDP-SUSEA and other Indonesia program work andwill work with existing staff to supervise GOI execution of WASAP Sub-program D and to monitor the process of its implementation.

A qualified applicant must possess the following qualifications:
· Relevant Masters degree followed by at least 5 years relevant experience in the environmental sanitation sector including significant urban experience in Indonesia.
· At least 5 years relevant work with national or local government and private sector and/or international organizations in Indonesia.
· Proven self motivation and ability to work independently and also cooperatively as part of a team. Proven experience with drafting project proposals, developing budgets and logical frameworks.
· Excellent written and spoken English in addition to mother tongue of Bahasa Indonesia. Proven experience of writing quality documents in English is required (evidence required and testing)
· Willingness to adapt, including undertaking substantial administration, procurement, contracting and routine organisation activities.
· A good understanding of the existing institutional arrangements for urban sanitation, including centralized sanitation systems, community based systems and on site options is required.

Tax & Treasury Assistant Manager (Code: TAM)

Reports to Tax & Treasury Manager, the candidate is responsible to:
a) Minimize of tax liability through good tax planning and management by identifying company specific tax issues and planning to ensure appropriate savings in tax.
b) Tax report must be submitted timely and of good quality.
c) Review and submit all statutory tax obligations, annual tax returns and tax computations within the required time limits and ensure that all tax queries and issues are dealt within a timely manner.
d) Promptly clear outstanding tax backlog and update tax record and solving disputes on all tax and duties (withholding tax, VAT, corporate tax, real property gains tax, stamps duties, customs duties, etc.) with various authorities.
e) Aim for zero tax penalty.
f) Analyze and report fund movement.
g) Monitor foreign exchange and negotiate with bank to get highest rate from time deposit.
h) Review bank reconciliation.
i) Examine payment process and accurateness of payment.
j) Confirm that payment authorization process procedure adherence to company’s rules.
k) Cooperate internally (Purchasing and Marketing) and externally (supplier and distributor) regarding payment process.

General Requirements:
a) Must possess at least Bachelor degree from recognized university majoring in Accounting/Finance/ Tax/Fiscal.
b) Having minimum 3 years working experiences in related field in multinational environment.
c) Hold a Certified Tax Consultant (Brevet A & B) is preferred.
d) Must be hands on in solving problem and avoid short cut and short-term solutions.
e) Must be strong in detail and number crunching.
f) Possess good knowledge of Cost Accounting, Management Accounting and Tax.
g) Knowledge/experienc e with Accounting/Financial software (SAP, JDE, PICKS).
h) English proficiency, computer literacy and can operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Power Point).
