I.RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

* Female, max.28 years old.
* Min. S1 Degree in Psychology from reputable University, GPA ≥ 2.75
* Minimum 1 years experiences at the same position.
* Strong knowledge of various psychology assessment tools (administering, scoring, interpreting) and recruitment sourcing method.
* Having good logic & strong analytical ability; Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
* Proactive, hardworking person, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced.
* Fluent in English (oral and written) & computer literate.
* Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci.

II.Transport Planning Manager (DC-TPM)

Requirements :

* Male, ≤ 40 years old, min. Diploma Degree from reputable Univ.
* Min. 5 years experiences as Transport Manager in logistic company
* Having good network with the transporters
* Excellent planning & analytical ability, strong leadership & people management.
* English is a must and computer literate (MS office)
* Willing to be placed at Balaraja, Tangerang.

III.Risk & Security Manager (DC-RSM)

Responsibility: Coordinating security guards from outsourcing companies, maintaining assets (building, tools & equipments), and also community development improvement.

Requirements :

* Male, ≤ 40 years old, min. Diploma Degree from reputable Univ.
* Min 5 years experiences in the similar position (experiences in handling logistic company would be an advantage)
* English is a must and computer literate (MS Ofc)
* Strong analytical & investigating skill, having knowledge of security management system & risk area in warehousing.
* High discipline, good communication & negotiation skills
* Good leadership & coordination skill.
* Willing to be placed at Balaraja, Tangerang.

IV.Transport Admin (Unit Head)

Requirements:

* Male, S1 Graduate, below than 35 years old
* Have more than 4 years as an Administration Supervisor or similar position
* transportation / Distribution / Logistics knowledge are preferable)
* English literate (Both of oral & written) and familiar with computer (MS office)
* Enjoy to work under pressure & thrust worthy
* Good in communication and leadership
* Good performance, target oriented and independently.
* Willing to work at Balaraja, West Tangerang

V.Secretary to Logistic Director

Requirements :

* Female, min Diploma Degree, 25 to 32 years old
* Have more than 4 years experiences as a Senior Secretary or similar
position (Transportation / Distribution / Logistics knowledge are
preferable)
* English literate (Both of oral & written) and familiar with computer
(MS office)
* Enjoy to work under pressure, loyal & thrust worthy
* Have a Good performance, independent, analytical skills and nice
personality
* Willing to work at Balaraja, West Tangerang.

VI.IT Staff for Logistic & National Distribution Centre (IT)

Requirements:

* Min. Diploma Graduate (Male)
* Below than 30 years old
* Have more than 2 years experiences as an IT Officer/Staff.
* (Transportation / Distribution / Logistics knowledge are preferable)
* Computer literate (MS office), familiar with software programming, having knowledge on Warehouse Management System (Oracle Database is an advantage).
* English Language is an advantage
* Enjoy to work under pressure, good time keeping, thrust worthy, adaptable.
* Willing to work at Balaraja Barat, Tangerang, Banten
(Living at around Tangerang is preferable)
