Manage and comply administrative requirements to accomplish effective G&G activities.
Manage the preparation of annual work program and budget for G&G activities; obtain management, partners and BPMIGAS approval; prepare long-term plan to maximize values of the company.
Provide assistance to the management in planning future work and in exploration/production advancement.
Provide technical assistance to more junior professionals for their development as required.
Keep up-to-date with the company and industry activities in order to be ready for any changing work priorities and special assignment.
Competent in preparing technical reports and in reviewing technical study to the management and government.
Deliver intelligible technical presentations and debate with stake holders such as government officials, shareholders and people in the business.

Job Accountability :
* Provide legal advice and counsel within area of expertise to functional or operational areas managers to ensure that their current or proposed activities, policies, business practices, and transactions comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
* Analyze and interpret case law, court reports, and proposed and existing laws and regulations to prepare technical reports on how they impact the organization’s operations.
* Prepare legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other documents related to a variety of trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters (for example loans, leases, purchase agreements, acquisitions, divestitures, employment contracts) to protect the organization’s legal and business interests.
* Review and approve public statements from a legal standpoint to identify, anticipate and mitigate legal risks.
* Represent the organization in legal proceedings in before courts, government agencies, or other authorities so that the organization’s interests are protected.
* Prepare materials for external legal counsel so that they are well-prepared to represent the organization in legal proceedings.

Job Requirements :
* Bachelor degree majoring in Law
* Qualified by experiences minimum 2 years in the same position
* Excellent knowledge on Labor Law and have experience on handling corporate issues
* Self starter with an investigative nature and work with minimum supervision
* Self motivated, receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting good results
* Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
* Able to meet tight deadline and ready to work under pressure.
* Computer Literate (MS Office is a must)
