I.SALES COORDINATOR

REQUIREMENTS :

* Min Bachelor’s Degree (Master Degree will be advantage)
* Male or Female max 27 years old
* At least min 3 years of working experience in related fields
* Active English will be advantage
* Pleasant, lively, active personality
* Independent & full with initiative
* Result oriented & hard worker

JOB DESCRIPTION :

* Achieve/exceed assigned sales target for tea area Jabodetabek & West Java
* Develop and implement an effective territory sales and coverage plan to achieve penetration, conversion, and upgrade objective
* Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction with HALDIN product range trough customer relationship, support and services

II.SALES MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS :

* Min Bachelor’s Degree (Master Degree will be advantage)
* Male or Female max 35 years old
* Have at least 4 - 5 years of working experience in related fields
* Communicate fluently and proficient in English
* Has in-depth knowledge customer’s needs and sharpened competitive knowledge and market trends
* Through effective leadership, inspires, leads, directs, motivates, coaches and develops sales team to achieve/exceed sales target.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

* Responsible for building relationship with customers and for developing the business in a territory for a Division in a manner consistent with company policy and goals, and in line with Division direction
* Develops and implements sales strategies and objectives
* Works with all levels of customer management, developing long-term positive customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction, and build loyalty and confidence in Haldin as a preferred supplier
