I.Ticketing Staff (code : TKS)-(Jakarta Raya - Tangjung Priok)
Responsibilities:
* Handling bookings and ticket issuing (travel arrangement) on variety reservation systems
* Doing customer services role and communicating with customer over phone, email, instant messaging
* Performing complain management regarding ticketing and baggage
Requirements:
* Experience as ticketing staff
* Strong understanding of domestic and international ticketing concepts, pricing, fare rules and tax calculation
* High attention to details, alertness and common sense
* Excellent interpersonal skill, helpful attitude, friendly in manners
* Proficient in computer, internet and reservation system such as Abacus and Galileo
* Posses intermediate English ability level
* Problem solving capability
* High integrity and flexible
* Additional requirements:
- Under 25 years old. We don’t care whether you are female, male or none of it.
- Having minimum diploma degree
* To be positioned in Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta.
II.System/Network Administrator-(Banten - BSD, Tangerang)
Responsibilities:
* Administration of existing networks and servers
* System Performance Tuning
* Planning for backup and recovery of system and network information
* Proactively monitor and administer system for optimum performance, security and capacity constraints
Requirements:
* Willing to work at BSD City, Bumi Serpong Damai, Tangerang
* Max 27 years old, Bachelor Degree majoring IT or other related field from reputable university
* Cisco Skill & Experience
* Strong knowledge of SOLARIS and Linux
* Having good capabilities in written documentation and reporting
* Effective troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
* Willing to work on odd hours/shifts/weekends
The following skills will be a big advantage:
- CCNA certification
- Understanding and experiences in security & performance optimization in SOLARIS Environment
III.Database Administrator-(Banten - BSD, Tangerang)
Responsibilities:
* Administration of existing databases and the analysis, design, and creation of new databases
* Development, Testing and Production Support
* Database Performance Tuning
* Planning for backup and recovery of database information
* Proactively monitor and administer systems for optimum performance, security and capacity constraints
Requirements:
* Willing to work at BSD City, Bumi Serpong Damai, Tangerang
* Max 27 years old, Bachelor Degree majoring IT or other related field from reputable university
* Oracle 10g DBA Skill & Experience
* Strong knowledge of UNIX operating systems, e.g.: SOLARIS, Linux
* Having good capabilities in written documentation and reporting
* Effective troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
* Willing to work on odd hours/shifts/weekends
* The following skills will be a big advantage:
- Oracle 10g OCA/OCP Certification

IV.Java Programmmer-(Banten - BSD, Tangerang)
Responsibilities:
* Develop Java application in SDLC
* Interact and collaborate with other team members
* Creating proper documentation to include design/development plans, Quality Assessment, and testing plans.
Requirements:
* Willing to work at BSD City, Bumi Serpong Damai, Tangerang
* Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, preferably in Computer Science or related field
* In-depth knowledge of Java Language and the J2EE Platform
* Knowledge in design patterns
* Web-based application Framework (JSP, JSF, Spring Framework)
* Open source application & tool experience (Eclipse, NetBeans, Ant)
* Have good knowledge of Application & Web Server (Tomcat, JBoss)
* Experience integrating solutions into relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL
* Experience using SVN or CVS would be an advantage

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain web applications
* Interact and collaborate with other team members

Requirements:

* Max 27 years old, Bachelor Degree majoring IT or other related field from reputable university
* Strong in PHP, JavaScript, and Content Management Systems (such as Wordpress, Joomla!, Drupal, etc.)
