* Design of relational databases, using Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Studio or Microsoft Access and Visual Basic 6 (or later versions), to store information from the Ministry of Agriculture / FAO Avian Influenza Control Programme and from other animal disease surveillance and control activities.
* Perform systems analysis for design of query, form and report production from the database to meet the needs of donors and disease control managers at all levels of the Avian Influenza Control Program and related DAH divisions.
* Review and advise on appropriate software for database management, data security, database queries, and automated report preparation.
* Conversion of existing data, held in MS-Access databases, for import into the new databases, including field format conversions to extract information from text fields.
* Preparation of automated reports and associated queries using Crystal Reports version 11.
* Collaboration with the GIS specialist to ensure interfacing of database data to existing spatial analysis software such as ArcMap and MapWindow

Summary of key functions:

* Perform a weekly download of LDCC PDSR databases, make necessary file name corrections, and append these database files to the national PDSR database, using the provided software utility programs.
* Perform a weekly backup of the PDSR database onto removable media, and store this backup off-site.
* Print and distribute hard or soft copies automated regular reports from the database.
* Provide assistance to the CMU in their expanded data management role and in their operation of the PDSR database program.
* Provide a soft copy of the national database back end to the Epidemiological Team on a weekly basis.
* Provide a weekly monitoring data report from the weekly database reports sent from LDCCs
* In coordination with the Database Programmer, monitor data quality and undertake data validation/integrity checks as required, and report these to the Data Encoder Coordinator
* Provide inputs, suggestions, and comments on the data submitted from the LDCCs to improve performance and decrease errors in reporting.
* Monitor the number of PDSR form backlogs in the LDCCs to ensure that the number of PDSR forms backlogs in the LDCC is under control.
* Manage and file all PDSR forms backlogs sent to DCC/project office and to distribute it to the casual data encoders hired for clearing form backlogs.
* Update the PDSR database desa master list and personnel list on a monthly basis.
* Provide potential backups and technical support on data collection for LDCC if required
* Participate in any Yahoo Messenger Conferences held with all Data Encoders and the Data Encoder Coordinator
* Perform other related duties as required.

LEAD MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Location: KUALA LUMPUR (Headquarter)

Job Responsibilities;
- Manage his/her engineering scope of supply and services in the project team
- Lead a team of engineers for his/her scope of supply and services
- Coordinate with the Project Engineering Manager and the other project Lead Engineers’ the engineering information flow
-
Ensure fulfillment of design, quality, constructability and
functionality of the scope of supply and services according to the
project requirements.
- Conceptual design and basic engineering of mechanical systems and equipment
- Ensure scope completeness, technical integrity and cost for the defined scope
- Identify, plan and conduct Design Reviews and the Design Freeze
- Ensure on time delivery of specific engineering documentation according to project requirements
- Support the site during construction and commissioning

Requirements:

- Posses a degree in mechanical/chemical engineering or equivalent professional engineering qualification
- Engineers with minimum eight (8) years working experience in power plant engineering and design
-
Have “hands-on” experience in the power plant engineering and design in
water/steam cycle and mechanical balance of plant systems &
equipment
- Self motivated with a proactive attitude
- Able to work in a teamwork environment with minimum supervision
- Good coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English

Education: Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering from a recognized university..

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year experience in training and mining heavy equipments.
2. Having an adequate analytical thinking.
3. Having good translation and administration skills.
4. Willing to be located in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan (preferably living in Balikpapan area).
5. Good English, spoken and written.
6. Computer literate (MsOffice).

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Training Needs Analysis, liase with Training Coordinator in order to design the appropriate training materials that conform with needs requirement.
2. Translate and establishtraining materialbased on training requirements to ensure training materials are appropriate and conform with requirements.
3. Coordinate with training coordinator, training supervisor, trainerand training vendorfor improve and develop training materials to ensure all training materials are conform with current situation.
4. Produce and distribute training material to mine site basedon training scheduleto ensure all training materials are well distribute in timely manner.
5. Provide timely report training material status to training coordinatorin order to provide training administration support.
6. Maintain training database including employee training records and training materials to ensure all training records are well managed.
