I.Project Officer – Rabobank Foundation
Responsibilities:
* Monitoring the progress of the projects supported by Rabobank Foundation
* Identifying interesting new partner organisations for Rabobank Foundation
* Acquire new projects in line with Rabobank International Indonesia policies, offering financial services in rural areas
* Identifying strengths and weaknesses in the support given to partner organisations and reporting the findings to the Rabobank Foundation
* Creating knowledge of the philosophy and beliefs of the Rabobank in Indonesia
Requirements:
* Having 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in rural banking and agricultural credit, of which several years in Indonesia
* University level in Economics, Business Administration or Finance & Accounting
* Experience in monitoring microfinance programs, assessing and benchmarking organizations
* Experience in the organization of rural banking, microfinance and cooperative issues.
* Experience with community based projects
* Experience with working in a dense net of partner organizations
* Fluent English and Indonesian writing and speaking skills
II.Head of Security Operation Centre (SOC)
Responsibilities:
* Local and Regional User ID and profile maintenance.
* To approve creation or change or deletion on Local application user ID
* To create or change or deletion or enable or disable on Regional Application user ID
* To make sure those functions of every user ID comply with the regulation and inline with LACF
* Managing all SOC staffs or officers to do all jobs related
* Make sure SOC unit works properly
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor degree from any related discipline
* Minimum GPA 2.75 (from 4.00 scale)
* Good communication in English is a must (written and spoken)
* Six years experience in banking operations
III.Analyst/Programmer (Code: IT)
Responsibilities:
* Analyze, design, develop and implement banking (or related) applications in a client server environment.
* Analyze, design, develop, and implement banking (or related) applications in a client server environment
* Prepare specifications and user requirements
* Encode, test, debug, and document (new and existing) programs and interfaces
* Prepare concise, and accurate documentation for all enhancements and change requests implemented
* Develop and customize workflow using ClearQuest based on user requirement
* Liaise with relevant third-party vendors in applications where external application support arrangements are in place
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor degree from Computer Science or Information Technology
* Minimum GPA 2.75 (from 4.00 scale)
* Good communication in English is a must
* Knowledge of (one or more) tools/languages: PowerBuilder, Business Objects, Visual Basic/.Net, ETL Tool/data warehousing tools, ClearQuest
* Knowledge of (one or more) systems: Midas R4, Sybase and MSSQL stored procedure programming, SharePoint
* Three years experience in IT system support and development for banking industry
IV.Auditor, Retail and SME (Code: IA)
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Team Head in conducting a comprehensive, long-range program of product and process audit coverage for Retail and SME.
* Develop, maintain and establish within a knowledge file, specialised knowledge, experience and tool(s) regarding one or more of the aforementioned areas of expertise within Audit Rabobank Group
* Coach colleague auditors in order to impart the required professional knowledge, competences and skills
* Evaluate / assess conducted audits based on the (draft) reports according to professional aspects such as scope, approach, interpretation and weighing of audit findings
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor degree from Accountancy or Finance related disciplines, preferably a CPA
* Minimum two years experience in big four accounting firm
* Having knowledge of retail banking
* Good communication in English is a must
* Willing to travel to other cities
V.Senior Auditor, Retail & SME (Code: SIA)
Responsibilities:
* The incumbent assists the Team Head in directing and conducting a comprehensive, long-range program of product and process audit coverage for Retail and SME.
* Upon commencement of audit, show proposals to another project manager so that he/she can modify the plan of approach in order to attain a manageable and effective audit
* Participates in SDLCs/projects and provide value added comments to the auditees (Adhoc)
* Contribute to the execution and finalization of an audit assignment by analyzing findings (in correlation) and formulating substantiated conclusions and recommendations
* Make an integral (draft) report in which both aggregated and interpreted audit results and judgment are determined
* Performs business audits and develops draft audit reports for discussion with auditees (on-going)
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor degree from Accountancy or Finance related disciplines, preferably a CPA
* Minimum three years experience in big four accounting firm
* Broad practical experience and good working knowledge of retail banking
* Good communication in English is a must
* Willing to travel to other cities
