Key responsibilities:
• Provide a broad range of sales, customer service and aftermarket support to customers in Indonesia.

• Assess end understand customers equipment performance and reliability in order to reduce operational costs for them.
• Develop sales and service plan for designated accounts / territory

• Provide customers feedback and monthly status reports on business activity of the accounts.
• Partner with customers to provide solutions with respect to Aftermarket Terms and Conditions.
• Monitor usage patterns and liaise with Inventory Controllers to ensure appropriate stock levels and stocked items.

Your profile:
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in conveyor system maintenance and/or planning, preferably in a mining company.
• Proven sales experience or keen to learn sales techniques under the Sales Training Program
• Hands-on knowledge in maintenance practices of conveying system and other works related to fixed plant maintenance.
• Knowledge of the mining industry and in conveyor service contracts would be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and preferably with knowledge in Ellipse and/or AutoCAD.

FINANCE OFFICER (Balikpapan Base)

Kay responsibilities:
• Implement a strong finance team to prepare appropriate financial assessment, accounting records and other information.
• Implement new financial policies and procedures.
• Contribute to optimizing Net Working Capital by Improving Days collections.
• Responsible in all aspects of Finance & Accounting: A/P, A/R, tax, bank, reporting.

III. PELAKSANAAN UJIAN
Ujian Penyaringan CPNS akan dilaksanakan secara serentak di seluruh Indonesia (Pusat/Daerah) secara bertahap;
1.Ujian Tahap I akan dilaksanakan secara on line
a.Pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan akan diberikan ID dan password melalui email dan atau SMS.
b.Pelamar yang telah memiliki ID dan password wajib mengikuti ujian Tahap I (Tes Pengetahuan Umum/TPU secara on line) pada tanggal 18 Oktober 2008.
2.Bagi yang telah dinyatakan lulus Ujian Tahap I, wajib melakukan Validasi Dokumen Administrastif.
3.Ujian Tahap II akan dilaksanakan secara tertulis, bagi Pelamar yang telah dinyatakan lulus Ujian Tahap I dan telah memenuhi persyaratan Administratif.
a.Ujian Tahap II terdiri dari Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU) dan Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA)
b.Waktu ujian Tahap II penyaringan CPNS akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 6 Nopember 2008.
c.Peserta ujian diharuskan membawa Pensil 2B asli, alas tulis dan karet penghapus karena ujian menggunakan Lembar Jawaban Komputer (LJK).
4.Bagi yang telah dinyatakan lulus Ujian Tahap II wajib melakukan Ujian Tahap III Tes Psikologi.

b.Kantor Daerah di Unit Kerja Departemen Perindustrian di Daerah (daftar terlampir).
2. Persyaratan Validasi ;
a.Formulir pendaftaran dari hasil cetak pendaftaran on line
b.Foto copy Ijazah/STTB yang disahkan oleh pejabat yang berwenang (Surat Keterangan Lulus tidak berlaku).
c.Foto copy keterangan Indek Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK)
d.Akreditasi Perguruan Tinggi
e.Pas photo 3 x 4, sebanyak 3 lembar
f.Bagi Pelamar yang akreditasi perguruan tingginya tidak tercantum dalam Ijazah, harus melampirkan Surat Keterangan/Bukti Akreditasi dari Departemen Pendidikan Nasional.
V. Berkas Lamaran

d.Foto copy Surat Keterangan Kesehatan Badan dari Dokter Puskesmas/Rumah Sakit Pemerintah
e.Surat Pernyataan Bebas Narkoba yang diterbitkan dan disahkan oleh Rumah Sakit pemerintah
f.Foto copy Kartu Tanda Pencari Kerja dari Dinas Tenaga Kerja (Kartu Kuning).

VI. LAIN-LAIN
1.Panitia TIDAK MEMUNGUT BIAYA APAPUN dari pelamar
2.Lamaran yang diajukan sebelum pengumuman ini dibuat dinyatakan tidak berlaku dan pelamar harus membuat dan mengajukan kembali lamaran yang baru sesuai dengan pengumuman ini.
3.Pelamar yang tidak menyampaikan surat lamaran beserta kelengkapannya, setelah dinyatakan lulus ujian CPNS sampai dengan batas waktu yang ditentukan, maka yang bersangkutan dianggap mengundurkan diri dan dinyatakan batal.
4.Apabila pelamar memberikan keterangan/data yang tidak benar, dan di kemudian hari diketahui, baik pada setiap tahapan tes, maupun setelah diangkat menjadi CPNS/PNS dilingkungan Departemen Perindustrian, Departemen Perindustrian berhak menggugurkan kelulusan tersebut dan/atau memberhentikan sebagai CPNS/PNS dilingkungan Departemen Perindustrian, menuntut ganti rugi atas kerugian negara yang terjadi akibat keterangan yang tidak benar tersebut, dan melaporkan sebagai tindak pidana di Pengadilan Negeri, karena telah memberikan keterangan palsu.

B. Persyaratan Pelamar
1. Persyaratan Umum
a. Warga Negara Indonesia.
b. Bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa.
c. Memiliki Integritas yang tinggi terhadap Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
d. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon/PNS , Calon/Anggota TNI/Polri.
e. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota atau pengurus partai politik.
f. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak hormat sebagai PNS/TNI/Polri atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai swasta.
g. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan.
h. Memenuhi persyaratan kualifikasi pendidikan (jenjang dan jurusan) yang sesuai dengan lowongan formasi jabatan.
i. Berkelakuan baik.
j. Sehat jasmani dan rohani.

2. Persyaratan Khusus
a. Ijazah pelamar diakui yaitu ijazah yang diperoleh dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri/Swasta yang telah mendapat akreditasi.
b. Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) bagi pelamar berijazah :
1) Sarjana (S1)/ D4 minimal 2,85 (dua koma delapan lima)
2) Diploma III (D III) minimal 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima).
c. Batas usia bagi pelamar :
1) Minimum 18 tahun pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2008
2) Diploma III (D III) maksimum 27 tahun pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2008
3) Sarjana (S1) / D4 maksimum 30 tahun pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2008

D. Penerimaan Surat Lamaran
1. Penerimaan lamaran mulai tanggal 21 – 24 Oktober melalui PO BOX 2490 JKP 10024.
2. Panitia tidak menerima lamaran yang dikirim langsung.
3. Surat lamaran ditulis tangan dan ditandatangani sendiri oleh Pelamar dengan menggunakan tinta hitam ditujukan kepada Menteri Koordinator Bidang Politik, Hukum dan Keamanan.
4. Menuliskan pada sudut kiri Amplop Lamaran, Kode Jabatan yang dilamar.
5. Pelamar wajib melampirkan berkas administrasi, yaitu :
a. Daftar Riwayat Hidup;
b. Foto Copy Ijazah dan Transkrip Nilai yang dilegalisir Asli oleh Pejabat yang berwenang (Surat Keterangan Lulus Sementara tidak berlaku);
c. Surat Pernyataan Bebas Narkoba bermaterai Rp. 6000,- (Enam Ribu Rupiah).
d. Pas Foto berwarna terbaru, berlatar belakang merah, ukuran 3×4 sebanyak 3 lembar.

E. Tahap I : Seleksi Administrasi
1. Berkas lamaran yang telah diterima akan diadakan seleksi administrasi;
2. Bagi Pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan administrasi akan diumumkan melalui situs internet resmi www.polkam.go.id dan papan pengumuman di kantor Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Politik, Hukum dan Keamanan yang direncanakan tanggal 29 Oktober 2008.
3. Bagi pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi, dapat mengambil Tanda Peserta Ujian pada,
Tanggal : 30 – 31 Oktober 2008
Pukul : 08.30 – 15.00 WIB
Tempat : Kantor Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Politik, Hukum dan Keamanan
Gedung A Lantai 6, Jalan Merdeka Barat No. 15 Jakarta Pusat.
Dengan menunjukkan Ijazah terakhir asli kepada Panitia sebagai bukti untuk Pengambilan Tanda Peserta Ujian.
4. Jumlah Pelamar yang dinyatakan Lulus Seleksi Administrasi sebanyak-banyaknya 10 x Jumlah Formasi, dengan berdasarkan :
a. Peringkat nilai IPK tertinggi
b. Kompetensi lainnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan jabatan yang dibutuhkan
c. Berkas lamaran yang diterima lebih awal oleh Panitia (Apabila jumlah pelamar yang lulus seleksi administrasi melebihi 10 x jumlah formasi).
5. Bagi Pelamar/Peserta Ujian yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi yang tidak mengambil Tanda Peserta Ujian Tertulis lewat tanggal 31 Oktober 2008 pukul 15.00 WIB dinyatakan gugur.
