OPUS Management is a small highly specialist international level HR and Organisation Development Consultancy. We have been established in Jakarta for over four years, and service major multinational and local companies. OPUS represents CUBIKS UK, providing PAPI personality assessment, Reasoning Tests, Team Profiles and the most flexible, high quality and competitive 360 degree feedback process available. All these are in Bahasa Indonesia and online.

In addition to our assessment centre work, we provide a range of organisation consulting and management training, specializing in strategic alignment, leadership and team effectiveness. We represent Crestcom (USA) in offering The Bullet Proof Manager upper-senior management skills training here in Jakarta, launching first quarter 2008.
OPUS seeks candidates of high caliber, focus and energy in three positions.

I.Assessment Analyst

Responsibilities:

* Your name card will say ‘Consultant’. Your major role will be in supporting clients and supporting Senior Consultants in setting up and using the Cubiks Assessment Tools described above therefore

Requirements:

* You must minimum S1 graduate at minimum 2.75 GPA and we prefer if you have Psychology background in your CV.
* You are motivated by planning and completing projects; by maintaining high standards of accuracy, integrity and quality; by providing and honest and excellent service.
* You have 1-4 years experience working with Assessment Teams in a consultancy or within a Human Resources Department; you are familiar with and experienced in helping to set-up and administer Assessment Centres and integration / reporting sessions. You know what ‘online assessment’ means, and can train clients to set up and administer our online assessment systems, or do the set up and administration yourself – quickly and accurately. You understand the principles underlying the use of behavioral competencies in assessment, and in the use of Personality and Team profiles selection and development.
* You communicate easily and without effort in English and Bahasa Indonesia, seeing yourself as part of the OPUS team, Cubiks team, and the Client team at the same time. You are motivated by sharing knowledge and understanding, supporting the team, and helping to empower the client organisation.

II.Communication Consultant

Requirements:

* OPUS Management is seeking a senior consultant in employee communications.
* You will have over 7 years experience in modern MNCs or rapidly transformed large local companies.
* You will understand the strategic importance of aligning employee communications with the messages of change, and of building employee brand.
* You will have fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, and be comfortable in exploring focused use of technology to deliver and receive messages with employees, but you will not be techno-dominated.
* You combine practical can-do attitudes, achievement drive and conceptual thinking that will enable you to multi-tasking content development, activity management, results delivery and building and sustaining mutually respectful relationships.
* You will be interested in devoting 9-12 months to key involvement in one of the most challenging employee communications and change scenarios in Indonesia today.

III.Senior Consultant and Marketer OPUS Management

Responsibilities:

* Your name card will say ‘Senior Consultant’. But we believe that the best people to sell are those who can deliver, and the best people to value the client and deliver high quality work on time, are those who sold.
* Our senior consultant role combines experience and understanding of HR with the drive and results focus needed for selling.
* Accountabilities include sales of services, for which there are monetary incentives, and provision of quality services to our clients, to which you are personally driven.

Requirements:

* You are minimum S1 graduate from Psychology, Social Science, Art, Business or PR at minimum 3.00 GPA.
* You have about 7-8 years experience in marketing and consulting, and have undertaken roles closely involved with organizational and HR issues.
* You will have the personality and motivation to explore the market, meet the decision-makers, express the Value Proposition, and make the sale.
* At the same time, you have a conceptual picture of what works and what doesn’t work in the organisation; you can consult, analyze, report, and train as required by the client situation.
* You delight in empowering others and build strong relationships with key client people.
* You work from practical principles: Keep It Simple - the Pareto principle: Where a simple cost-effective solution provides 80% of the value, that is the solution you will provide.
* You understand adult learning principles, believe in life-long learning, and in learning by doing.
* Organisation analysis, HRD practices, behavioral competencies, manager assessment and training will all be part of your working life in English and Indonesian….
* And with our team, you will take ownership of the expansion of our client base and marketing of our services.
