KEPALA HRD (SAMARINDA KALTIM BASED - URGENTLY REGUIRED)

Job Summary / Purpose :

bertanggung jawab untuk melaksanakan fungsi-fungsi HR yang efektif seperti rekruitment, administrasi payroll, hubungan industrial, pengurusan dokumen tenaga kerja pendatang asing perusahaan.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab


Melaksanakan tugas-tugas HR yang efektif
Mampu dan berpengalaman mengurus perijinan
Berpengalaman dan mampu mengurus dan mengatur dokumen untuk tenaga kerja asing
Berkoordinasi dengan estate manager untuk menyusun perencanaan tenaga kerja
Membantu estate manager / operasi dalam hal menyelesaikan permasalahan yang timbul khususnya menyangkut ketenagakerjaan dan aktif memberikan masukan yang positif
Melaporkan aktifitas HR
Memonitor kualitas pelaksanaan asuransi kesehatan dari pihak ketiga
Melaksanakan fungsi rekruitment sampai dengan level staff
Mengimplementasikan prosedur HR yang efektif
Memonitor dan mempersiapkan serta berkoordinasi dengan estate manager dan mill manager dalam hal perencanaan tenaga kerja
Merencanakan dan mengimplementasikan program training
Bertanggung jawab dalam hubungan industrial internal maupun eksternal
Bertanggung jawab dalam hal pengurusan dokumen tenaga kerja asing
Rekruitment :


Maksimum 35 tahun
Sarjana S1 Hukum / Psikologi / Pertanian
Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun
Memahami undang-undang tenaga kerja
Mampu menangani permasalahan HR
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer
Mempunyai kemampuan untuk presentasi
Mempunyai jiwa kepemimpinan
Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
Pria / Wanita
Diutamakan pengalaman di bidang Plantation
Sehat jasmani dan rohani
Mampu berkomunikasi english aktif dan menulis
Bersedia ditempatkan di Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur (Kaltim)
Diutamakan yang berdomisili di wilayah Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur (Kaltim)

* Calculate commission for sales team

Requirements:

* Qualifications:
* Preferably female
* University degree majoring in any relevant disciplines (ex : business administration, management, etc)
* Minimum 2 years similar working experience in manufacturing or consumer electronic industry
* Hands on payroll admin
* Good knowledge in Government Witholding Tax (PPh)
* Familiar with MS. Office (esp. Excel & Word)
