Finance Executive

Job Summary:

To assist the Finance Manager or other seniors in all aspects of the monthly financial cycle including journal preparation, General Ledger reconciliation and other projects as required.

* Prepare bank reconciliation
* Balance sheet reconciliation for key accounts
* Key journals with adequate supporting documentation
* Maintain fixed asset register
* Manage inter company accounts and daily balances of bank accounts

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

* University degree in Finance / Accounting
* 1 to 3 years accounting / finance working experience in multinational companies environments
* Effective communications skills

Research Executive Trainee

Job Summary:

Maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.

* Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management
* Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company’s quality standards

Senior Manager, Client Leadership

Job Summary:

Manage a client servicing team to ensure prompt delivery of service to the responsible clients in order to achieve the set financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.

* Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management
* Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews and also by providing value-added analyses and response to special requests.
* Undertake sales activities independently or in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation and delivery of proposal and credentials
* Ensure the generation of required revenue from the assigned client portfolio and proper contract costing in order to meet the agreed budget targets
* Identify and recommend enhanced and new services that answer clients’ business needs

* BA / BS Required (MBA desirable)
* 7 to 10 years FMCG (marketing / sales) or research-related industry experience desired

* Very Good Influencing & Persuading Skills
