PT. Infratech Indonesia, a subsidiary of a Singapore public listed company, United Engineers Ltd. Infratech has core business in the project management and construction of Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) for telecommunication networks.
Our team has a collective experience of BTS construction and management of more than a thousand sites in various locations in Indonesia. The team members include professionals with extensive experience in site acquisition, BTS construction, BTS equipment installation and commissioning and some other telecommunication related activities.

As part of our growth plan, we are currently looking for individuals with the right skills and attitude for the following position :
I.Procurement Manager
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate procurement with other disciplines and vendors
* Manage and plan key suppliers delivery, inventory and acquisition cost; negotiate, provide price/feature analysis and availability forecasts
* Support vendor audit/qualification and periodic assessment procedures, monitor vendor quality, pricing and delivery issues and alerting vendors for resolution
* Contribute to market research for new and existing products and vendors; maintain purchasing and vendor performance data
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree any disciplines from a recognized institute or university with min 3 years relevant experience
* Good knowledge of purchasing system and able to evaluate and monitor supplies performance
* Ability to focus on process improvement initiatives to streamline purchasing department activities
* Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
* Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
* Technical skills in procurement management, quality assurance and costing.
* Excellent negotiation skills, proactive and good interpersonal skills
* Excellent English communication skills
II.secretary
Responsibilities:
* To make schedule activity and correspondence of General Manager
* To manage letters according to type and deadline
* To help prepare compilation of the information organizational activity relating to management and program
Requirements:
* Hold Diploma degree (D3) in Secretary
* As least 2-3 years experiences in similar position
General Requirement
* Age preferred of 21 รข€“ 30
* Fluently in written and oral proficiency in both English and bahasa Indonesia
* Familiarity working with computer and its applications softwares
* Strong personality, able to work in term and under pressure circumstances
III.Cashier
Responsibilities:
* To prepare payment vouchers for project advances, suppliers, and petty cash advance accurately
* To prepare debit/credit vouchers, summary instruction payment list to bank timely and accurately
* To ensure daily income and payment process batch tally to request for payment list by user
* To assist in Treasury preparing Bank reconciliation and cash flow budget for project
* To attend to internal and external inquiry on their status and payment schedule
* To handle general administration work
Requirements:
* Preferably Diploma III majoring Management/Finance or Accountancy with result transcript above 2.9
* Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
* Minimum 1 year experience working in bank is an advantages
* Preferably experience in ACCPAC ERP csh book accounting software
* Able to work independently and under tight deadline
IV.Accounting Staff
Responsibilities:
* Handling General Ledger
* Taxation PPN & PPH
Requirements:
* Candidate must hold D3-S1 Accounting
* Brevet Tax A
* female/male 23-30 years old
* min 1 years experience
* Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
