I.Business Development Manager

Requirements:

* Male or Female, Minimum Bachelor Degree Majoring in Marketing Management
* Preferable from an overseas graduate/ Reputable University
* Minimum 5 years experiences in the same position in Retail Industry
* Like to meet people, having extensive experience in retail industry and wide networking mainly with major Shopping mall developers.
* Excellent skill in English, both Oral and Written
* Strong communication skill and analytical

* Experience in Sales & Marketing Environment

II.Costumer Relation Management Administration Support (code: CRM)

Main Duties:

* Receiving and entry data of sales to conduct daily and weekly report of sales performance.
* Receiving guarantee card and maintaining data of customer.
* Following up any admin job marketing, i. e. proposal of partnership, proposal of event, etc.
* Receiving and distribute any information related to marketing, i. e. calendar of event or fair, etc.

Requirements:

* Able to operate computer (MS Office, MS Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

As Area Sales Manager, you are responsible for the total Sales Operation, Brand Management & Profitability of the assigned Area in particular to Maximize sales, Minimize cost and Develop Business opportunities.

* At least 3 – 5 years of proven and demonstrated track record in Retail sales

Responsibilities:

* D3 or S1 architect/civil

VI.Visual Merchandiser ( Display Artist )

Responsibilities:

* Set up VM direction plan according to Company’s vision and mission,
* Develop general creative direction per marketing / merchandising campaign.
* Approval on final execution manual for VM treatment to stores.
* Manage and co-ordinate with external department/divisions/agencies (Advertising & Promotion, Merchandising, Store Operation, Store Development, etc.) in order to have single concept & message approach to any in-store communication and planning for store opening and renovation activities.
* Manpower management: training and exposure of new skill, in order to keep the department ahead in the innovative and creative related to the present condition of company needs for VM services.
* Giving indirect impact to sales where merchandise displayed attractively and promoted in the stores according to the direction and concept given by VM head office.
* Provide “silent” customer service by setting the merchandise display standards and guidelines for shopping comfort.

Requirements:

* Male/female, max 40 years old
* Min Bachelor Degree from Reputable University in Architect/Interior design/Graphic Design/Visual Communication Design
* Minimum 5 years’ retail VM management experience including at least 5 years in managerial level.
* Resourceful, driven, having excellent strategic ability & strong business acumen
* Able to operate software programs; freehand, 3D, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator & Mac.
* Hard working, initiative, responsible and proven leadership
