An Australian company based in Project Management, Design, Engineering, Construction and Facility Management is looking for candidates to fill the following position;

I.Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities:

* Site Survey to Project and Prospect Project
* To prepare Design with Photoshop/ Corel Draw/ 3D Max
* To prepare Construction Drawing
* To prepare Schedule with Microsoft Project, if needed
* Coordination with internal team and external team (vendors, client, etc)
* Sourcing new vendors and partners
* Tele-marketing, prepare and update Monthly Client List Report
* Research for new potential client for the Strategic Potential Client Report
* To assist Business Development Manager to prepare the Property Monthly Report
* To update data base for Property Data Base Report
* To prepare Property Identification Report, if needed
* To prepare presentation to the client
* Able to achieve the target

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in Architecture/ Interior/ Civil
* Minimum 2 (two) years working from a well known university
* Male maximum 30 years old with a good appearance
* Fluently to speak, listen and written English Language and it would be an advantage to speak other language
* Able to work in a team work and under pressure
* Able to work in a multitask and a changeable scope of work
* Understand the Fit Out Business and Property Business
* Able to use Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and min Auto-Cad, and Ms Project would be an advantage
* Good internal and external coordination
* Able to organize and prepare administrative work and filling system

II.Sr. Accountant

Responsibilities:

* To oversee all aspects of daily accounting functions and ensure proper maintenance of accounting records
* Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports and statutory financial reporting processes, including the financial closing.
* Handling full set of accounts
* Knowledge in the areas of finance and accounting development and documentation.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years experience in accounting
* Good Finance & Accounting knowledge and understanding of Indonesian taxation
* Proficiency in MS office and accounting software
* Proactive, self-motivated and good team player
* Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision and able to meet tight deadlines
* Good problem solving ability.
* Excellent command of English language, written and spoken, and able to communicate effectively.

III.Civil/Structure Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for sections of all projects
* Reporting & client meeting
* Control work flow in allocated area including ;
- control of labor and subcontractors
- work sequence
- Supervision of quality and safety

Requirements:

* Minimum S.1 from reputable university majoring in Civil Structure
* Having minimum of 10 years working experience with at least 5 years in similar position on constructions project.
* Energetic, ability to work hard and support company objective.
* Familiar with the Microsoft Project program.

IV.Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for electrical design.
* Preparing working drawings.
* Over viewing installation.
* Preparing budget associated with electrical aspect.
* Would be able to start immediately

Requirements:

* Minimum S.1 from reputable university majoring in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years work experience in related position.
* Minimum 3 years experience in supervises of installation.
* With strong skills in Design and Construction Services
