We are a dynamic and growing medical distribution company that provide a wide range of product and service that help hospital and health care institutions, looking for:

I.Sales & Project Administrator (ADM)

Requirements:

* Female max 28 years old graduated from Secretarial, Administration, Management or other related area from reputable university with minimum GPA 2,75.
* Experienced as Sales Admin or familiar with tender Process min 2 years
* Blind typing skill is a MUST. Tactful, accurate, adaptable and fast learner.
* Able to speak English (written and spoken), able to speak Mandarin is preferable.
* Able to work independently as well in team. Willing to work with tight tender or project deadline and willing to work overtime
* Domicile in Central and West Jakarta is strongly advantage

II.Product Specialist (PS)

Requirements:

* Male/Female, max 31 years old, graduated from Medical Doctors, Information Technology (IT), Electro Medic, Electrical Engineering or handling Clinical System equipment min 2 years.
* Around 1-2 years experience Medical Healthcare Company or pharmaceutical business (Cardiology, ICU, Operating Theatre will be an advantages)
* Having driving license (A or C ) and Having own vehicle is a must
* Communicative, Excellent written and spoken English IS A MUST, able to speak Mandarin is strong advantage;
* Excellent Presentations skills, having knowledge in Sales & Marketing.
* Willing to travel, able to work under pressure in team and independently.

III.Oracle DBA & Application Developer (DBA)

Requirements:

* Male/Female, max 30 years old, S1 Information Technology from reputable university with minimal GPA 3,00
* Around 1-2 years experience coding at Oracle Applications Environment would be an advantage.
* Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply.
* Having good analytical problem solving and root cause analysis skills
* Successful candidate will be granted Oracle training and involved in full Oracle ERP implementation.
* Communicative, Excellent written and spoken English IS A MUST, able to speak Mandarin is strong advantage;
* Able to work under pressure in team and independently.

* Job Description :

- Maintenance Oracle Application Release 12 ( Patching and Administration Task )
- Manage performance, backup and administration of database
- Cloning Oracle Applications Release 12
- Coding customization report under Oracle Application Release 12
- Coding customization form under Oracle Application Release 12
- Coding customization interfaces for finance and distribution and manufacturing module under Oracle Application Release 12

IV.HRD Supervisor (HRD)

Requirements:

* Female/ Male, Max 31 years old graduated from Psychology, Law, Management and other related major.
* IPK Min 3,00 from reputable university
* Experience in handling Recruitment, Training, and Performance management for 2-3 years.
* Familiar with psychological test, competencies, and training analysis.
* Independent, good communication skills, strong motivation, and able to work in dynamic environment.
* Fluent in English and computer literate is a must. Able to speak mandarin is preferable.
* Domicile in Central and West Jakarta is strongly advantage.

V.Finance Admin (FIN)

Requirements:

* Male / Female, max. 28 years old; D3 Finance Administration, or Min SMU, SMK majoring in administration.
* Having experienced in administration position min. 1 years; fresh graduated are welcome to apply
* Having knowledge in Finance is a strong advantage;
* Able to work under pressure, teamwork and independently
* Fast learner, having multitasking capability.
* Able to speak Mandarin is prioritized and at least passive English.
* Domicile in Central Jakarta or West Jakarta
* Familiar with Microsoft Office, Filing document and Administration Task.
* Self motivated, honest, accurate and result oriented.
