Customer Service Representative

Primary Responsibilities:
* Dedicated contact person for specific customer and handling special projects
* Process the order from contact center and continuously support customer special requirements
* Handling Warranty order and maintain the database
* Assist for improvement in sales processing, to comply / to impose sales procedures

General Requirement:
* Fluent in English: both written and spoken
* Good interpersonal and communication skills in handling customer
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Having knowledge in project management
* Familiar with SAP is an advantage
* Able to work as a team
* Highly Motivated, Full of initiative and fast learner
