We provide customized logistics solutions to selected customers in areas of warehousing inventory management, airfreight distribution, project logistics, sea/in land transport consolidations, customs clearance and other added value services.
As part of our growth strategy, we are urgently looking for high caliber and talented individuals to join and grow with us to challenge to market opportunities in supply chain and logistics industry as follows :
Account Receiveable (AR)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
0)-Ensure all invoiced have delivered to right customer person.
0)-Ensure that supporting documents have completed and meet with customers requirements.
0)-Follow up all overdue invoices to customer and maintain customer credit history file.
0)-Follow up and handle dispute invoices together with commercial team.
Requirements:
0)-At least 1 (one) year experience in Accounting or Finance.
0)-Fresh graduate are welcome to aplly
0)-Diploma (D3) or Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
0)-Highly motivated and highly organized.
0)-Strong and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
0)-Ability to understand and activity, gathers information, analyzing and reporting.
0)-Able to work with minimum supervision, proactive and initiative to take improvement opportunity.
0)-Good at Planning, Organizing and Controlling.
0)-Computer literate is must.
