QUALIFICATION and EXPERIENCE

At least Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or Engineering from reputable academic institution.
At least 3 years relevant experience in government institutions or international organisations.Mastery of project management cycle.
Experience in database development.
Familiarity with and sufficient expertise in Information Systems is required.
Sufficient working experience in resource mobilisation is an advantage.
Experience in developing web application is beneficial.
Good English, administrative, and interpersonal skills.

CONDITIONS
The selected candidate shall be offered the post for a probationary period of three months.
Upon successful completion of the probationary period, he/she will be given a three-year contract, inclusive of the three-month probationary period, renewable based on satisfactory performance.
