Transport Coordinator / Superintendent ( CODE : TCS)
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Logistics or Supply Chain.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Responsibilities:

* PT. Jaya Readmix operate a large and growing fleet of delivery trucks working in non-stop operation throughout java.The succesful candidate will lead a team of fleet logistics controllers at the company's central distribution center in jakarta with responsibility for monitoring of vehichle through real-time satellite navigation and historical delivery report data.

* The role will involve communicating with production facilities and operational managers to achieve strong transport productivity targets and vehicle efficiency.

* This is a new position and requires a candidate who has proven their ability to drive process improvements and is able to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating their team to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environmet.
