SAP Consultants (FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, HR and ABAP)
Knowledge of industry best practices
Minimum 3 years experiences and 2 full cycle project in the same field
Collect customer requirements and configure SAP system to customer requirements
Analyze, design, development, test, implement and document SAP Business Model and Configuration
Ensure that all SAP project goals are accomplished to the specifications and business objectives
For ABAP, to create program specs, report SAP Script, Batch data conversions, transaction, screen and to create and execute high-level test data.

Banking Technical Consultants
Customize banking software application to fulfill client’s requirements which consist of creating / customizing report, inquiry, screen, menu, subroutine (coding)
Test and implement programs
Install and performance tuning

Banking Business Consultants
Implement banking software application which consist of collecting customers requirements, delivering gaps analysis
Setting parameters in banking applications and testing banking applications.

Sales Solution Specialists
Experience in managing technology partners and principals would be advantage
Manage sales activities and client relationship in the assigned market segments
Organize and conduct professional conduct proposals, presentations and negotiation
Achieve the assigned sales revenue & profit target.

IBM Software Specialists (BI, ECM, DB, DW, WAS, Portal, or collaborative)
Responsible to develop target architecture and develop recommended road map for implementing them
Responsible for the solution construction, implementation and system integration delivering high quality solution to client’s various business requirements
Task performed include integrating hardware, software and network solution.
Identify project requirements and developing solution delivery
Apply their IT specialist skill in the internal or external customer’s billable services and implementation environment

General Requirements:
Bachelor degree or Post Graduate from reputable university major in Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Electronic and Industrial Engineering with GPA min. 3.00 (1-5)
Bachelor degree or Post Graduate from Computerized Accounting & Banking Accounting with GPA min. 3.00 (3,4)
Fresh graduated welcome to apply (2-5)
Fluent written and spoken English (1-5)
Excellent communication skill (1-5)
Good self motivation, strong analytical thinking and able to work as a team (1-5)
Committed to customer, driving for best result, strive for quality, committed to professional ethics and committed to continuous learning (1-5)
Ability to think outside of the box and relate product benefit back to the customer (1-5)
