We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in Oil Palm Plantations, Breweries, Financial Services and Leisure. PT Agro Harapan Lestari is the managing agent for Groups’ plantations in Indonesia, where the Group has a land bank in excess of 75,000 hectares of plantation and mills in Kalimantan Tengah and Kalimantan Timur.
The business model of Agro Group Plantations evolves around building and expanding sustainable plantation projects in the region focusing on adopting the industry’s best practices and deriving operational excellence. We envision becoming a fully integrated player in the industry value-chain to ensure long term sustenance of our business.
In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be based in our Plantations

I.Purchasing Assistant - (Kalimantan Tengah)

Responsibilities:

* Prepare import / export documentation
* Presenting customs documents / certification at regulatory bodies
* Coordinate with internal transport & clearing agents, and handle banking correspondence
* Supervise loading at site – coordinate with Forwarders to ensure suppliers meets the cut-offs
* Coordinate the temporary warehousing arrangements required in Jakarta
* Represent export consignments and verify weight / quality parameters

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Procurement management
* Minimum of 2 years experience in inventory controls / purchasing
* Demonstrate hands-on experience in logistics management
* Excellent public relations and networking skills
* Proficiency in English, and computer literacy are essential
* Preferred age between 25 – 35 years old

II.Estate Manager - (Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:

* Manage estate activities under his supervision in accordance with the group plantation policies and ensure that it is maintained in good agricultural condition.
* Responsible for the execution of the budget program for the estate. Regularly monitor productivity of harvesters and overall productivity in terms of executing budget programs, and devise and implement operational tactics to improve same.
* Maintain proper coordination between the estate and the mill, ensure adequate operational controls exists at plantation level to ensure crop quality, and wastages and losses are minimised, ensuring the target yield levels are achieved from each of the plantation fields coming under his estate.
* Ensure proper allocation of labour, estate vehicles and other equipment among the different divisions and different activities so that the optimum level of productivity is achieved from the utilisation of the available resource to their maximum.
* Ascertain the requirement of plantation materials, timely ordering & ensure their proper utilisation and maintenance of records relating to the material utilisation.
* Provide routine reports & estate level performance/progress reports and other agronomy data to the Management on a regular basis.
* Ensure that the estate staff are motivated and disciplined.

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or related disciplines
* Minimum of 6 to 8 years experience in a well-known plantation company, with atleast 2 years of managerial experience
* Good technical background in the related fields
* Preferred age between 35 – 45 years
* Good command in Indonesian & English languages both oral and written is a must
* Strong leadership qualities, self motivated, positive attitude & high level people managment skills
* Ability to work independently, is well - organized, performance-oriented, meticulously detailed, strong analytical skills & ability to work as part of a team,

III.Human Resources Manager (Base on Kalimantan Tengah - Sampit)
(Kalimantan Tengah - Sampit)

Responsibilities:

* Set up and implement HR policies and procedures
* Plan, coordinate and carry out training & development activities
* Establish a performance driven culture and facilitate succession planning program
* Keep abreast of labor laws and industrial relations, liaising with government officials and other relevant authorities as well handling all aspects of public relations
* Review HR practices in support of business strategies
* Handle manpower planning and on time recruitment activities
* Plan and organize welfare activities within the plantation
* Handle employee grievances; facilitate community development activities and bridging networking with industry players
* Provide benchmark of best HR practices in the plantation industry

Requirements:

* Male
* Hold Bachelor Degree in Law/Social Science/Human Resources Management or related disciplines
* Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a well-known plantation and/or manufacturing company, preferably in a multinational environment
* Proven exposure to people development policies & practices
* Communicate effectively within and outside the organization, and must possess excellent proficiency in English and be computer literate
* Experience in counseling and coaching
* Strong leadership quality, self motivated and has positive attitude
* Excellent presentation skills including report writing and communication skills
* Preferred age between 30 – 35 years
* To be Located in Kalimantan

Responsibilities:

* Able develop new process techniques and procedures in order to maximize the production of CPO, Palm Kernel and Oil Extraction rates.
* Able to prepare the budget for mill operations, ensure that the actual expenses are within the approved budget limit, reporting variance and initiate corrective actions for the variance noted
* Able to Manage the entire mill operations in an effective and efficient manner while ensuring that the optimum level of productivity is achieved.
* Able to monitor the product quality and adoption of latest technology for improving the quality and the oil extraction ratio

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering,
* Min. 7 years experience in Management Level for palm oil industry.
* Articulate and able to make effective presentations; to communicate with those from different cultures.
* Having a good English both spoken and written. Strong leadership and computer skills.
* Technically competent and has a successful track record of implementing quality management system.

V.Mill Engineer - (Kalimantan Tengah)

Responsibilities:

* Able to plan and scheduling Mill processing including maintenance of process parameters
* High degree of competency in boiler and turbine operation and maintenance
* Able to analyze process control data and identify the areas to be upgrated and to assist in the development of new process techniques and procedures in order to maximize the production of CPO, PK and oil extraction rates.
* Able to monitor the product quality and adoption of latest technology for improving the quality and the oil extraction ratio

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering,
* Min. 7 years experience in Management Level for palm oil industry.
* Articulate and able to make effective presentations; to communicate with those from different cultures.
* Having a good English both spoken and written. Strong leadership and computer skills.
* Technically competent and has a successful track record of implementing quality management system.
