I.Next Generation Network (NGN) Engineer - (Java Island Area)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for NGN Access Engineering
* Coordinate, communicate and make report or others relevant document to direct duty manager
* Willing to stay in project until its finish

Requirements:

* Having knowledge about NGN SoftSwitching
* Having knowledfe about Access Gateway
* Having knowledge about Core Network
* Having knowledge about IP Core Network, Router, Switching
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering
* (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
* Fluent in English both spoken & written is a MUST.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Java Island Area.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
* Possessed time management and ability to work in tight schedule.
* Able to handle pressure, multiple tasks & meets datelines.

II.MW/NEC Transmission Engineer (TRM ENG/MW NEC) - (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* General Requirement :
* S1/DIII Degree from reputable universities in Telecommunication, Electronic, Technology Information engineering, or related area; GPA: 2,85 out of 4 scale
* Good knowledge of telecommunication system & engineering
* Well developed organizational skills and the ability to work minimum supervision
* Computer literate and excellent communication in English
* Well developed interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage time effectively and priorities task
* Willing to travel within Indonesia territories
* Ability to work in a team as well as independently
* Male, max 30 years old
* Having experience in Preparing Proposal; Control implementation

* Special Qualifications :
* Have 3 years experience in Telecommunication as a Transmission engineer
* Responsible for the site rollout, targeted yearly and monthly to eater for customers capacity growth in the network. Coordinating the customer for scheduling and site progress, coordinating integration engineers for daily site integration rollout
* Can supervise the site and check everything as per transmission plan, design and link budget. Commisioning and troubleshooting of PDH link NEC Pasolink+ and Pasolink NEO
* Can execute and supervise different types such as; El creation for BTS & BSC and reroute El for BTS and BTS and BSC
* Make adaily report a weekly report and a monthly report for the progress of project
* Submit the documentation of the project required to the vendor equipment
* Can handle equipment for testing BER test, Site master (Anritsu). Power Meter, etc.
* Willing to travel to carry out the project in Kalimantan: Banjarmasin, Samarinda and Balikpapan

III.Project Manager - (Indonesia Territories)

Requirements:

* General Qualifications:
- S1/DIII Degree from reputable universities in Telecommunication,
- Electronic, Technology Information Engineering, or related area; GPA: 2,85 out of 4 scale
- Good knowledge of telecommunication system & engineering
- Having General management skill
- Well developed organizational skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision
- Computer literate and excellent communication in English
- Well developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain customer focus and demonstrate pro-activeness in addressing customer needs
- Ability to manage time effectively and priorities task
- Willing to travel within Indonesia territories such as Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Sumatera, Java, Bali.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Male, max. 40 years old

* Special Qualifications:
- Have 3 years experience in Telecommunication as a Optimization engineer better have NSN or Ericsson experience
- Can supervise the site and check everything as per Optimization plan, design and link budget.
- Execellent in Optimization Equipment (such as: GPS, INS, Antenna), using and knowing about analyzing, could execute Optimization software (such as: TEMS, Map Info, Ant Pilot & Premier), and collected datas.
- Having basic knowledge in BTS and BSC
- Make daily report, weekly report and monthly report for the progress of project
- Willing to travel to carry out the projects within Indonesia territories such as Sulawesi, Kalimantan Sumatera, Java, and Bali.

IV.Telecommunication Equipment Hardware Installation Engineer - (Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Requirements:

* Male
* Ages between 21 - 30 Years Old
* Technical High School or Bachelor’s Degree (D3), majoring in Telecommunication Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
* With at least 1 years experience in Microwave, BTS and BSC Installation (manufacturer brand: NOKIA, Huawei, ZTE, Ericsson, Siemens, NEC)
* Strong Technical Knowledge in BTS & Microwave Elements, Equipment and Network
* Responsible to installation quality that is done by the team
* Coordinate, communicate and report to direct responsible manager.
* Supervise, organize and train local hardware installation team and make coordination for all hardware installation work
* High responsibility, trustworthy, can work independently with a minimum supervision.
* Possessed time management and ability to work in tight schedule.
* Able to handle pressure, multiple tasks & meets datelines.
