PPIC Section Head (PCSH)

The Candidate will report to the Supply Chain Manager. He/She will manage the inventory controls, logistics and scheduling functions to meet production schedules and customer requirements. Interfaces with all departments to address information and material flow issues, in order to coordinate the purchasing, planning and forecasting of customer orders to meet shipments.

The candidate should be:
Bachelor Degree in any discipline of knowledge
Having at least 4 years experience in similar function as managerial level and specially in industrial field
Familiar to work with SAP program
Fluently in English both oral and written, Leadership and Communication Skill, Able to work under pressure, A good Team Player
Able to organize His/Her Team Work
Willing to stay in Semarang, Central Java

Main Tasks:
Ensure that all customer deliveries are met by studying product demand, understanding customer needs, develop forecasts and aid in production plans in order to anticipate and meet customer’s product requirements
Coordinate the scheduling of production equipment to ensure that customer deliveries are met while also achieving target productivity levels in manufacturing.
Work with corporate purchasing group to negotiate with vendors for goods and services and to develop new supply sources where vendors are inadequate
Ensure continual improvement of EHS performance in day-to-day operations by acting as an EHS believer and champion, and promoting and implementing the EHS Policy and Management Systems
Overall management of raw materials and finished goods ensuring the receipt, coordination, and storage and distribution of goods. Ensures timely dispatch of materials to appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities while minimizing net working capital
Oversee the process for development and communicating the customer’s graphic requirements into manufacturing specifications with additional responsibility of managing on-site graphics vendor
