HR Generalist-FMCG


Responsibilities:

* Responsible for all human resources activities include employment, benefits, labor relations and training development.
* Draft advertising, post the advertising, screening incoming application, review application and interview application from clerk level to supervisor.
* Develop & maintain relationship with recruitment sources.
* Prepares process and distribute payroll.
* Administer and explain benefits to employees.
* Provide advice, assistance and follow up on company policies, procedures & documentation.
* Maintain & develop human resources data bases and manual filling system.
* Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.


Requirements:

* Male/Female, maximum 32 years old.
* Bachelor Degree in any disciplines; Human resources Management & Psychology is an advantage.
* Has 5 – 7 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
* Has excellent experience on Compensation & Benefit.
* Has excellent knowledge on Man Power Regulation Law 13 and strong skill in dealing with industrial relation dispute.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
* Good English proficiency is a MUST
* Be a team player but able to work independently and to work well in under pressure working environment.
