I.Trade Marketing Manager-(Jakarta Raya - Gatot Subroto, Kuningan)
Responsibilities:
* Mediator between the marketing department and the field people.
* Creating strategic sales-distribution program, new initiatives program, new products program.
* Responsible for distribution & trade marketing activities
* Creating a customized program for modern account.
* Covering overall responsibilities of company operation in Indonesia, commercial as well as management activities
* Increase distribution coverage by 100% in Modern Trade
* Manage to set up proper pricing strategy, by setting standard discount for certain type of outlets
* Increase brand awareness by creating and implementing better communication of the brand to the right target market
Requirements:
* College Graduate in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration and other related course
* At least 3 years experience in Trade Marketing management functions preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Product and/or Personal Cosmetic industry
* Male/Female, maximum of 35 years old
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
II.PROCESS ENGINEER-(Jawa Timur - MOJOKERTO)
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage day to day amination / amoniation and formulation operations to ensure compliance with all statutory and government standards, utilising ES&H resources.
* Maintain and monitor process safety implementation, do analysis on process safety incident and develop proper action plan of process safety incident in proper manner.
* Provide leadership and support to the production and engineering team and actively participate as required in plant wide teams.
* Work together with technicians / engineers to carry out plant shut down / start up maintenance, equipment setting and operations troubleshoot in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
* Provide input to the development and maintenance of operation, safety and environment procedures and systems.
* Perform analysis and monitor for overall plant performance including:Product yields,Process safety KPI,Material balance / material usage calculation,Production costs,On stream time / Cycle time,Amount of product packaged,Quality of product packaged,Maintenance of process management file,ES&H compliance
* Schedule and organize production requirements including casual labour and other production needs.
* Communicate effectively with workers, health and safety representatives, and managers.
* Ensure job related skills training for shop floor foreman and shop floor people, provide coaching and resolution of disciplinary situations.
* Provide a technical / engineering support in conjunction with the process operation performance, continuous improvements, trouble shooting and maintenance planning and scheduling.
Requirements:
* College Graduate in Chemical Engineering and other related course
* At least 3 years experiences in chemical processing plant as process engineer
* Male/Female, maximum of 38 years old
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
* Having experience in managing process safety management program
* Proficiency in English communication
* Having knowledge of distribution control system, able to read P&ID diagram and SPC implementation and six sigma
* Understanding of basic cost management
III.Senior Accountant-(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
* Responsible for preparation accounts reconciliation / schedules or monthly balance sheet reconciliation of all accounts except Account Receivable, Account payable, Employee advance/loan, Chem and Corn Inventory, and manufacturing fixed assets.
* Coordinate collecting and filling of Manual Journals document of all finance teams and to ensure all manual journals are properly approved and supported by reliable and accurate data.
* Liaise with COE (Center of Excellence) on the preparation of monthly, annual and other periodic reports included tax report both for internal and external submission to ensure all reporting requirements are met
* Responsible for the internal control implementation in General Accounting process, and ensuring that all company assets are properly recorded.
IV.Supply Chain Manager-(Jawa Timur - MOJOKERTO)
Responsibilities:
* To conduct detailed analysis of Supply Chain processes using advanced analytical techniques (including Lean Six Sigma and Logistic Assessment Process (LAP)
* To lead the implementation, within Indonesia Supply Chain, of new initiatives that may arise through new ES&H programs, new business models, new regulatory requirements, etc.
* To identify and implement new IT systems that benefit and support Supply Chain activities. Act as the Indonesia Supply Chain representative on ERP project teams when required.
* To assist in the identification and application of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for supply chain processes ensuring global alignment and optimum use of technology tools for KPI generation.
* As a key member of the Asia Pacific Supply Chain team and participate in strategic decision making and provide inputs to business leadership specifically in the areas of supply chain processes and IT systems.
Requirements:
* Significant experience in the use of Lean Six Sigma tools.
* Excellent knowledge of modern Supply Chain processes and optimization techniques
* Experience in a fast paced and complex logistics environment
* Knowledge of SAP functionality and experience in its use
* Established external networks in the supply chain field
V.Internal Auditor-(Jakarta Raya - Bekasi)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for auditing the accounting and statistical data of the various departments, divisions and locations of the company in order to verify its accuracy and reliability.
* Audits the activities of various departments for compliance with plans, policies and procedures prescribed by management; prepares and submits audit finding reports.
* Determines proper accountability of company assets through physical count, inventory and confirmation.
* Audits accounting records of contractors.
* Cooperates with outside auditors in any undertaking which may expedite their work.
* Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
