Plan is an international humanitarian, child centered community development organization without religious or political affiliation. Plan vision is a world in which all children realize their full potential in societies that respect human right and dignity. Plan Indonesia is in the process of establishing a community based child protection program and is looking for a dynamic Indonesian national to fill the position of:

Community Child Protection Program Coordinator - Based in Jakarta

The Community Child Protection Program Coordinator will be responsible for the rollout and implementation of the pilot project. He/she will need to closely monitor the project, provide technical support and identify best practice. There will also be a need to encourage learning and document successes and failure. The Community Child Protection Coordinator will report to the National Project Manager.

Requirements:
· University graduate, preferably master degree in law or social science.
· Five years experience in managing community development program with exposure to child protection referral systems and monitoring of child protection cases,
· Five years experience in advocacy and networking at the national level
· Good knowledge of child protection law, judicial processes/restorative justice, and CRC reporting mechanisms.
· High personal integrity
· Proficient English
· Computer literacy (minimum MS Office: Word, Excel)


WATER & ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION FACILITATOR (WESf) - Based in Lembata NTT

Reporting to Program Unit Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of WES related interventions in the field with overall technical guidance of National WES coordinator and WES specialist.

Requirements:

University graduate in civil engineering and sanitation
Having minimum of 3 years field experience
Should has interest in directly working on community services
Dynamic, self-motivated, strong leadership and be good in communication and negotiation skills.
Computer literate (Mc Excel, Word, AutoCAD)
Proficient English
