PT. Prima Irian Djaja (PT PID) is a fast growing company in general construction and supporting at the Off-Shore/On-Shore Facilities of Gas Receiving Area, Utilities Area, Storage Loading and Facilities of LNG Plant at the remote area Jakarta and Papua/Irian Jaya is looking for a dynamic and qualified candidate as follows:

MAINTENANCE LOGISTICS
Scope of Works:

* Inventory planning which include: identifying, obtaining & assisting Logistics Inventory Analyst in identifying the required spare parts and the correct tools; procurement progress status report.
* Support the Maintenance Planners in determining the detailed resource requirements for the assigned work such as: material and spares.
* Maintains data in the computer system on inventory and parts availability etc. and updates the data regularly for accurate reference.
* Acquires all information and inputs from originators of work requests to prepare a inventory plan for required spare parts resources so that timely availability can be assured.

Qualifications:

* In minimum graduated from Diploma in Engineering or Science.
* Good knowledge of maintenance requirements in terms of resources, infrastructure, spare parts etc.
* 3 years work experience in mining, oil/gas or petrochemical industry.
* Have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and superior planning and organizational skills.
* Computer literate with knowledge in word processing and spread sheet applications such as MS. Word, MS. Excel, etc.
* Available to join as soon as possible.
* Applicant must be willing to work on site.

MAINTENANCE PLANNER
Scope of Works:

* Maintenance planning and reporting activities for specific equipment which include: identifying the required maintenance tasks; identifying, obtaining & assisting Logistic in purchasing the required spare parts; identifying the correct tools; maintenance activity progress status report; procurement progress status report and Labor & Cost status report.
* Determines the detailed resource requirements for the assigned work such as: manpower, skills, estimated man hours, material, spares and special support devices such as cranes, scaffolding, forklift etc. and prior to executing the job.
* Plan and organize the assigned work in advance to minimize inefficiencies and wasted technician time during work execution; i.e., parts resources, tools, equipment, permits.
* Reviews work priorities with concerned Operation Supervisor to assess backlog work, and to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Qualifications:

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
Scope of Works:

* Responsible day to day electrical maintenance activity.
* Perform preventive and corrective/breakdown maintenance and coordination of the electrical equipment operation and maintenance.
* Supervising a group of electrical technicians/specialist and shall ensure that all operations and maintenance comply with HSE requirements within oil and gas industry.
* Responsible to train Trainee assigned by Contractor and ensure that the Trainee will be ready to take assignment as Electrical Technician within certain period specified in Work Order issued for Trainee assignment.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor in Electrical Engineering.
* 3 years work experience in mining, oil/gas or petrochemical industry including maintenance, installation, and commissioning.
* Have experience on workshop maintenance and have experience of HVAC system operation and maintenance.
* High level skill in troubleshooting, repairing, rote cause analysis and maintenance activities on electrical equipment. At least 2 years directly involve on hands in field maintenance.
* Good knowledge of production facilities in an oil/gas or petrochemical industry and of installation, repair, testing and maintenance of a wide range of electrical system.
* Familiar with CMMS.
* Good communications skills in English language.
* Computer literate with knowledge in word processing and spread sheet applications such as MS. Word, MS. Excel, and Power Points, knowledge of SAP, MAXIMO maintenance and materials module is preferred.
* Available to join as soon as possible.
* Applicant must be willing to work on site.

MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR
Scope of Works:

* Responsible day to day mechanical maintenance activity.
* Perform preventive and corrective/breakdown maintenance and coordination of the mechanical equipment operation and maintenance.
* Supervising a group of mechanical technicians/specialist and shall ensure that all operations and maintenance comply with HSE requirements within oil and gas industry.

PARTY MANAGER
Specification of requirement :

* Candidate must possess at least in Diploma Degree (D3) or equivalent.
* Min. 5 years experience in leading seismic work team.
* Having good understanding of oil or mining exploration (seismic).
* Have a good knowledge with Indonesia labourlow regulation, preferable have experiences in training with Labour Department.
* Have knowledge in “K3LL (Kesehatan, Keselamatan dan Lindungan Lingkungan)”
* Software literate such as map info.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong in leadership and managerial skill.
* Available to join immediately
* Applicant must be willing to go on site (Papua – Irian Jaya)

PROJECT MANAGER
Scope of Works :

* Manage the entire effort for execution of the work, includes the planning, coordinating, scheduling and cost control of the electrical and instrument operation and maintenance including setting of the priorities and allocation of manpower to assure all required technical, engineering, cost and safety standards are fulfilled and project objectives achieved.
* Manage the Contractor’s personnel and maintains all the records related to the employment of the Contractor’s personnel
* Maintain and provides performance reports, accident reports, etc.

Qualifications :

* Engineering graduate (preferably Electrical), Business Administration or equivalent
* Min. 10 years experience in oil and gas, petrochemical industry, high risk building for electrical, mechanical and civil works.
* Have a high skill in planning, managing maintenance strategy, observe and execute of preventive maintenance, and performance evaluation and report most model Company’s equipment within electrical, mechanical and civil works.
* Understand HSE matter, regulations, codes, and standards applicable to electrical and instrumentation equipment operation, inspection and maintenance.
* Computer literate with knowledge in word processing and spread sheet applications such as MS. Word, MS. Excel, etc.
* Fluent spoken and written English
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Available to join as soon as possible.
