I.PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR

REQUIREMENTS :

* Bachelor’s degree required.
* Male/Female , 28 – 37 years old.
* 5 years Purchasing or related experience with Supervision and Leadership experience preferred.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
* Proven vendor selection and negotiation skills with strong business acumen.
* Knowledge of negotiating and developing contracts.
* Understanding of related computer systems, such as Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, and function specific software.

Job Responsibilities :

* Coordinate with other departments to determine materials needed and schedules to be met.
* Establish and execute written agreements to the supplier or business relation
* Work to develop/publish/implement strategies that enable high quality, delivery, and productivity cost savings.
* Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the lowest cost consistent with considerations of quality, reliability of source and urgency of need.
* Identify business unit needs and opportunities related to indirect purchases, inbound, raw material freight and the procure-to-pay process. Develop and coordinate projects between Corporate or Company Purchasing and the business unit.
* Develop and maintain appropriate and productive supplier relationships, including involvement in critical negotiations.

II.LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR

REQUIREMENTS :

* Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, or related field.
* Male, 28 – 37 years old.
* 5 years Supply Chain Management or related experience. Supervisory or Lead experience preferred.
* Proficient understanding of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of Supply Chain, Materials Management, and Logistics and all related focus areas.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and function specific software.
* Good at English oral & written communication skill
* Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations

Job Responsibilities :

* Controls the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements.
* Ensures that export import process can be executed to meet the lead-time .
* Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions.
* Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates.
