I.HARDWARE INSTALLATION SUPERVISION

Urgently Required

PMA JV Telcommunication engineering services company , serve an innovative provider of GSM, CDMA, 3G and multi-protocol mobile networks for emerging operators and rapid deployments. Built with the same standards-based voice and data technologies available to global carriers on an IP-based architecture, we have dramatically improved functionality while minimizing space requirements, installation time and cost of ownership. We also offer integrated value-added features to enable our customers to increase ARPU and retention. Our solutions include core as well as radio access network infrastructure, supported by state-of-the-art professional services.

Responsibilities

* BTS manager \BTS hub manager for remapping, FXC SW upgrade. Cross connect.
* Perform troubleshoot VSWR performing.
* Folder checking for ATP.
* And Control the whole HI project quality. Coordinate with Principal to follow up all the technical issues.

Qualification

* Excellent knowledge on GSM or DCS,3G BTS & MW hardware;
* Good communication in English;
* More than 1 year work experience in GSM or DCS,3G & MW hardware installation;
* Be familiar with the procedure on BTS and MW ATP of each company;
* At least half years experience in BTS and MW commissioning;
* Having basic knowledge of CDMA/GSM/WCDMA/Microwave is preferred.
* Fresh graduate also can be considered;
* Better ability team work and management;
* Good health & without foul habit
* Willing to travel frequently (out of JAVA);

II.SECRETARY

To achieve this goal and grow the business swiftly, we are looking for a hard-working person to fill the position as Secretary with following qualifications:

Qualification

* Female with professional look, max 35 years old ; mature, and reliable
* Fluent in English; reading, writing and oral
* Good computer skills (min. Word, Excel and Power Point)
* D3 secretary or other related major
* Capable in handling secretarial duties, manage letters and filling
* Able to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality
* Pleasant personality, passion for service, organized & growth
* Having knowledge on telecommunication is prefered
* Good team worker as well as independent worker
* Must be self motivated and have strong analytical skills
* Quick adapted, self starter, dynamic & pay attention to details

III.RF ENGINEER

Responsibilities

* Drive test and CW test, RF survey/Site Survey / LOS Survey;
* Collect data and output report;
* Radio Network Planning /Radio Network Optimization / Transmission Network Planning;
* Antenna downtilt/Uptilt, azimuth tuning for wireless network.

Qualification

* Bachelor’s degree in telecommunication or related field of study;
* Good communication in English;
* Be familiar with tools such as GPS, compass, gradienter and so on;
* At least half years experience in RNP or RNO or TNP;
* Having basic knowledge of CDMA/GSM/WCDMA/Microwave is preferred.
* Fresh graduate also can be considered;
* Willing to travel frequently.

IV.PROJECT MARKETING

Qualification

* Have a University education within Sales, Marketing, Telecommunication or Information Technology
* Total of min 1 years in Sales and Marketing in Telecommunication business
* Have experienced in Sales/Marketing more than 1 years in Telco, IT, VoIP, Wireless, VSAT, Terrestrial Network and ISP/NAP industry plus have a good understanding Selling Process : Prospect, Follow up, Closing deals and Delivery Services
* Proven record in leading large operational organizations
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Excellent knowledge and skills in Leadership with relust oriented in order to motivate people and conscious of responsibility
* Flexible and responsive to changing work pattern and demands
* Excellent communication and presentations skills. Ability to communicate effectively on executive level • Highly developed consultative skills, performance driven, excellent business understanding skills, excellent Financial understanding
* Customer Orientation with good understanding of Indonesia Market Service providers/operators business requirement
* Excellent in Negotiation experience
