Head of External Relation - Oil & Gas
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for releasing news on all Company’s activities through mass media as well as other kinds of media
* Supervises the function of office services to all users in Jakarta office, that includes the service of personnel business travel arrangement, office supplies procurement, cleaning
* services and other office support services, to ensure the optimal level of services.
* Supervises the function of office building & transportation services in Jakarta office, that includes the service of transport administration, office building maintenance, office equipment
* & furniture arrangement & procurement, as well as coordination with outsource security, to ensure its effective & efficient services.
* Carries out any other tasks and assignments related to the position as requested by Supervisors

* Develops and maintains a network of useful external contacts in the government institutions and other related parties, particularly BPMIGAS
* Represents, as requested by supervisor, the Company in social activities, as well as official meetings with outside parties, particularly with BPMIGAS
* Maintains good image and standing of the Company by ensuring flow of necessary data and information from the Company to government and vise versa.
* Coordinates arrangements for settlement of permits for acquisitions of land for drilling/seismic/project locations, staging areas, and movement of tug boat / barge.
* Coordinates arrangements for settlement of disputes and claims for compensation's related to land acquisitions and due to any other activities.
* In coordination with field, develops and maintains relationship with local community around Company facilities; ensures needs and concerns of community and Company are
* adequately addressed for maintaining positive long term relationships
* Participate actively in resolving conflicts between community and Company; negotiates solutions
* Ensures Company’s management is current and update on all community and local government related issues and activities

* Coordinates arrangements for response to requests for donations, contribution, and assistance from various official and/or other sources.
* Coordinates Company participation in social events, exhibitions, and parades.
* Responsible for maintaining efficient, orderly and easily retrievable system for permits, records, and files, including full updating on all relevant Governmental, BPMigas, Company's
* and other official regulation
