I.Electrical & Utility Engineer Supervisor (EUES) - (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Reporting to:Â Engineering Manager
* Purpose of job:
* The Electrical & Utility Engineer Supervisor is accountable to :
- Support project activities which is related with machinery, electrical control system, and utility equipment.
- Coordinate operational activities, repairing and maintenance at utility area.

* Key Responsibility:
- Responsible to install new machine especially electrical installation, automation and machine working process.
- Capable to handle repairing activities and maintenance utility system.
- Monitoring of executing and administrating contract service utility.
- Make repairing working schedule and ensure that all repairing process could execute on tract by using good documentation.
- Make progress report of utility activities.
- Make spare part/material usage report related with utility activities and project.
- Evaluate utility maintenance activity and make continuous improvement within utility activities by using complete documentation as required by ISO 9000.
- Cooperate with project team to make improvement for increasing machine performance and fabric equipment.
- Develop subordinate performance (training & coaching).
- Give improvement input to direct superior for working system.
- Implement company program such as 5R, ISO, SHE etc.

Requirements:

* Minimum D3 Degree from Instrumentation Engineering / Mechanical-electronic engineering / Electrical Engineering.
* English proficiency.
* MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, AutoCAD, MS Project).Â
* Having experience: Â 3 years in maintenance, repair and trouble shooting utility equipment, mechanic, and electric.
* Project Management.

II.Sourcing Manager (SM) – Jakarta - (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* The role:
- Responsible to identify and develop new supply sources for coil raw materials, create sustainable sources of coil raw materials and new sources, develop strategies and implement direct buying from plantations and farmers, midterm and long term sources to support business growth.
* Key Responsibilities:
- Represent and participate in specific sourcing studies or projects on behalf of Procurement Dept
- Identify new sources or raw materials and powder for coil
- Find sustainable sources for coil raw materials, especially coconut shells and woods
- Develop mid and long term plans to ensure sustainability of sourcing powders
- Lead development and implementation news and improvement of current sources

Requirements:

* University degree in Agriculture or Agribusiness
* Have minimum 2 - 3 years experience in Purchasing at a Consumer Goods company having related plantation business OR have a minimum 2 – 3 years experience in implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs at a profit organization or public company; experience as a Project Manager will be an advantage
* Knowledge in chemical industry, would be an advantage
* English proficiency
* Willing to travel extensively
* Proficient in SAP would be an advantage
* Good interpersonal skills
