I.System Analyst - (Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)
Requirements:
* Degree in Information Technology
* Knowledge in Clipper/Foxpro, VB, Delphi, & SQL Server
* At least 3 years experience in system development and understand of business processes
* Strong knowledge and skill in SDLC
* Excellent in English (written & spoken)
* Have good communication skill
* Strong in analytical & problem solving skill
* Able to work independently or in team
* Able to work under pressure
II.Recruitment Manager - (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Be the driver behind the recruitment process
* Develop recruitment strategy
* Develop action plan according to recruitment strategy, meeting challenging recruitment goals
* Roll out recruitment action plans in organization
* Monitor recruitment process, both direct and through agent network
* Ensure alignment between direct and indirect recruitment activities
* Initiate and organize recruitment supporting events
* Allign labour market communication with strategy
* Pro actively come up with improvements for recruitment process – ensure continuous improvements
* Pro actively cooperate with development and training department to align recruitment activities to development and training activities
* If and when required be involved in direct recruitment activities
* Contribute to the management team, with a focus on recruitment issues
Requirements:
* Minimum of 7 years working experience the majority of which in the insurance industry
* Experience in agency organization in insurance
* Strong recruitment and sales experience
* Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
* Minimum educational background: Bachelor degree (S1) - Preferably overseas graduation
III.Internal Audit Assistant Manager - (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Performing end-to-end audit assignment, as individual contributor or in a team, which involves among others the following tasks:
- preparing audit plan and audit programs
- conducting fieldwork
- developing recommendation, preparing audit reports
- communicating with auditee and management
- following up on management actions on agreed audit recommendation.
* Performing investigation on fraud
* Delivering internal control training
* Conducting ad hoc assignments requested by senior management
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree from reputable university. Master degree will be a significant advantage
* Possess sound audit skill, with at least 3 years working experience with major accounting firm
* Experience in life insurance industry will be strongly considered
* Experience in handling fraud and investigation will be strongly considered
* Candidate with CIA or CFE designation will be strongly considered
* Sounds analytical and risk assessment skills
* Able to deal with conflicting priorities
* Capable of delivering high quality work on schedule
* Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills
* Verbal and written communication skills in English
IV.Sales Recruitment (temporer) - (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* To assist the line manager to prepare data base of the applicants with internal and external advertisement
* To provide weekly report of the selection process
* To prepare all the administration process before selection process
* To conduct the psychological test and the 1st interview and analyse the result to fit the requirement base on the profile of sales forces
* To assist the manager to Liaise with Regional Sales Manager as end-users of the recruitment process in arranging interviews and collecting the final results
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree majoring in psychology, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
* Experience in conducting psychological test and interview
* Highly motivated
* Willing to work on contract base (3 months)
V.Change Management Assistant Manager - (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Assist in project management and project execution activities related to change management
* Lead small and medium sized change management projects
* If and when required assist in activities other departments CEO office
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in management or related field. Master degree and / or overseas graduation is preferred
* Minimum of 4 years working experience, preferably in a business analyst or business consultancy position
* Exposure to multinational working environment
* Experience leading small to medium sized projects
* Understanding of business processes
* Verbal and written communication skills in English
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Ability to create and maintain enthusiasm
