I.Head Of Installation Division - (Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)

Responsibilities:

* Set up drawing base on sales information and calculate material needs
* Plan & Supervise Installer
* Solving technical & other problem of installation

Requirements:

* Minimum S1 graduated, Architecture or Interior Design
* Maximum of 35 years old
* Min 3 year experience, preferably in interior/architecture business
* Must have good PC skills including AutoCAD, 3D Max
* Good verbal & written English is essential
* Must be able to work independently with full creativity and initiative to achieve all deadlines
* Able to making, reading and interpreting drawing accurately
* Good interpersonal and communication skills

II.Product Advisor - (Jakarta Raya - Field Tanjung)

Responsibilities:

* Build & maintain profitable relationship with designers, architects, contractors, interior companies, and other commercial institutions.
* Monitor her sales order progress and keep her customer up to date as the requirements.
* Monitor and evaluate competitors activity and market trends and use those information to increase her sales performance
* Actively in sales calling program for build & maintain her sales data base

Requirements:

* University graduated
* Maximum of 35 years old
* Highly motivates person and target oriented
* Ambitious, self-motivated and has a strong drive to succeed
* Strong influencing and negotiating skills
* Be able work under pressure, eager to deal with challenges
* Have passion in Interior/Architecture business
* Have a good relation with designer, contractors and have own database
* For Marmoleum products, preferably have relation with school and hospital
* Minimum 1 year experience in sales job, preferably in ceramics and marmoleum
* Good verbal & written English is essential
* Good computer skill (MS Office)
* Preferably has own transportation
* Possess a driving license

III.Sales Administration - (Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)

Responsibilities:

* According to sales info and request produce letter, quotation and other writing communication to external and internal parties
* Handle inquiries, follow up, taking phone calls, meets client visiting office and maintain good relationship with client especially if sales not available
* Receive, handling emails addressed to general email address, make sure it is followed up
* Keeping records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for management

Requirements:

* Female
* University graduated, preferably Secretary graduate from Tarakanita, Saint Mary
* Maximum of 30 years old
* Have working experience min 1 years, preferably in marketing and sales secretarial jobs
* Good verbal & written English is essential
* Good computer skill (MS Office)
* Good interpersonal and communication skills

IV.Head Of Purchasing & Cost Estimation -(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)

Responsibilities:

* Setting up price list & project price calculation
* Manage purchasing process from negotiation to delivery /importation
* Communicate & Negotiate for the best cost/values from suppliers, courier/shipping companies
* Carry out cost saving and process improvement initiatives to reduce cost, delivery lead time and supplier development
* Coordinate shipping with Supplier and Forwarder/Shipping line
* Manage inventory & warehouse
* Provide managers with competitive intelligence regarding products, pricing and the competitors

Requirements:

* University graduated
* Maximum of 35 years old
* Have working experience min 2 years in estimating project budget
* from start until completion of the project (man-hours, material and
* equipment)
* Good verbal & written English is essential
* Good computer skill (MS Office)
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
